“Friendly staff . Well Stocked store. Clean and well organized . If you were playing poker here you would definitely draw an ACE Of Spades but you will not find a game of chance nor a casino here. What you will find is a hardware store with grilling equipment plus everyday no nonsense repair items to rival the big box hardware stores (minus all the lumber ).”
“Went in to grab a few things for a small home repair and ended up spending more time than planned, in a good way. The store was pretty organized and I didn’t have trouble finding basic supplies like screws, paint rollers, and extension cords. One of the employees asked if I needed help but didn’t hover, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair compared to other hardware stores nearby”
“First time customer, bought a freeze dryer yesterday and couldn't have been more impressed with the people working there, they spent a very long time going over how to use it and what works best in there. The machines are obviously pretty expensive but we are very excited to try it out. The customer service here is top notch! Thanks again and can't wait to start using this!”

“Good people. Helpful and fair prices. I bought some 10/2 UF wire today and a double pole breaker. Very good price on wire. Not great on the breaker but it saves me a trip somewhere else. Still a good price overall. I'll definitely be back and use them again.”

“I had a focal onset seizure in the store this past Sunday. It's far from my first, so I'm pretty good at masking them. I struggled through some aisles before sitting on the Ace person's stool.
That Ace person came about, and I jumped up and apologized for sitting on his stool. He told me to stop and sit there as long as I wanted (I assume I didn't look well.) They offered to call emergency medical response; I declined.
So they had an employee walk with me the rest of my shopping trip, and then they had someone take my stuff to my car.

“If you are looking for common nuts bolts and screws 100% go here ...if you are looking for anything specific I wouldn't recommend them....but they are way cheaper then lowes or home depot or the local hardware store especially if buying in bulk”

“Great blast from the past , it reminded me of the stores I grew up with back home. They had fish in the back of the store , made my day. The sound of the older cash register was singing the hum of my childhood. They didn’t have the original item I came in for but don’t worry , I walked out with other great novelties . I cannot believe it’s the first time I’ve been in here.”
“Customer service was great!! We had a delay in delivery for an umbrella. It made it to the nearby store and I was able to call and just pick up the item. Katrina was one of the associates helping me - she did everything in her power to make it a smooth process to pick up what was scheduled to be a delivery. There were several helpful associates throughout the whole process.”

“So I want to share my Lowe’s experience with everyone. Since I started my business I have had nothing but great customer service Starting with the lawn and garden dept Autumn, Cody and “B” Brian have been the most help even when things went wrong as far as ordering they took care of the mistakes and made them right in minutes. Which was mostly my fault ordering something incorrectly. As far as management and Cashiers go “Q” my number one guy at Lowe’s can’t say anything but he is the most professional and looks out for my company as well as Lowe’s. Nate is always the best Courtney, Gamail Mrs. Gwendolyn, Fay, Naye and Melissa all have helped me in the past week and have been amazing. The paint dept with Mrs Shirley and her co workers I don’t remember there names . To say the least this Lowe’s team is doing amazing work and I’m super grateful they all help me so much. Rangeline Rd is my Lowe’s store”

“Had an urgent need for an over-the-range microwave in white. Luckily they did not have it at the first store but they called around and there was another store within 5 mi that did have one. So shout out to the staff for all their help.”
“We are having a problem with raccoons coming in through our doggy door. My mom and I went in tonight and not only did Theo help my mom get a scooter that was charged but he helped me get the items I need to block the raccoons from coming in. Great customer service!”

After my mom had a faulty new washer and we did not have a pleasant experience on the phone with the store customer service, we came into the store where Xazaria quickly assisted us. She was attentive and understanding, knowledgeable and kind - a great example of sales and customer service.
