“You will NEVER get this kind of customer service at another hardware store! These folks are knowledgeable, polite, resourceful, FRIENDLY and they don't run away from you when you ask questions. These people have changed my life and taught me SO MUCH about the construction field from painting to drywall to luan to plumbing to landscaping to how to get rid of critters....THEY DON'T PLAY AT ALL and I love and appreciate ALL OF THEM!”
“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces and when I walked past the first isle I was greeted again by the most helpful older man he asked if he could help with anything had a big smile on his face. I wasn't to sure on what size bolt I needed but he asked what it was for I told him and he knew exactly what it was and where to find it in the store got it for me asked if he could help with anything else and told me where I could check out. It was the fastest best experience I've had in any ace hardware by far.”

“I ordered the Northstar 4200 p.s.i. online from the company. It's Honda powered with a cat pump about a month and a half ago. Finally got to use the other day and it works great. It's powerful enough to use the 40° tip and clean up the concrete efficiently. It's commercially rated and powerful enough to be dangerous so be careful when you're using it. The only complaint I have is some of the paint wore off the handle during shipping. Was probably shaking in the trailer during shipping. I ordered it from the company from a Lady named Lynn @ ex.- 8058 . She was very helpful and courteous.”

“So I want to share my Lowe’s experience with everyone. Since I started my business I have had nothing but great customer service Starting with the lawn and garden dept Autumn, Cody and “B” Brian have been the most help even when things went wrong as far as ordering they took care of the mistakes and made them right in minutes. Which was mostly my fault ordering something incorrectly. As far as management and Cashiers go “Q” my number one guy at Lowe’s can’t say anything but he is the most professional and looks out for my company as well as Lowe’s. Nate is always the best Courtney, Gamail Mrs. Gwendolyn, Fay, Naye and Melissa all have helped me in the past week and have been amazing. The paint dept with Mrs Shirley and her co workers I don’t remember there names . To say the least this Lowe’s team is doing amazing work and I’m super grateful they all help me so much. Rangeline Rd is my Lowe’s store”

“Customer service was great!! We had a delay in delivery for an umbrella. It made it to the nearby store and I was able to call and just pick up the item. Katrina was one of the associates helping me - she did everything in her power to make it a smooth process to pick up what was scheduled to be a delivery. There were several helpful associates throughout the whole process.”

“As usual, this HD had what I needed. However, the paint folks worked a miracle for me this time. Usually “color” match doesn’t work quite as expected. The associate was able to use her phone, take a pic of the 2015 very faded label, use some filters and get the numbers she needed to stand out. Perfect match!! Well done HD.”
“Had an urgent need for an over-the-range microwave in white. Luckily they did not have it at the first store but they called around and there was another store within 5 mi that did have one. So shout out to the staff for all their help.”
