This is a huge electrical supply warehouse. The place is huge like a Walmart but you order at the front desk and they bring your parts out to you or deliver them via truck. The gentleman that waited on me was very patient and h eff helpful. He showed me two different holsters and I took the smaller of the two. It would actually hold my galaxy S8 and my wife's S9. It is guaranteed for life. My friend says he has replaced his a couple of times over the last 5 years a no cost to him. I paid less than $30.00 dollars for mine. This my be the last one I have to buy. ?”

This was my first time renting a carpet cleaner, and the associate immediately made the experience easy. She asked for my ID, explained the rental process, asked if I needed the hose attachment, and showed me exactly where to find the correct cleaning solution for the Big Green Machine. She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. That level of customer service meant a lot to me. I was already dealing with an injured knee and using crutches, and I was trying to clean my late aunt’s home after her passing. The kindness, patience, and professionalism I received helped make an emotional and stressful day much easier. This location showed me what great customer service looks like. The employees were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping customers instead of rushing them out the door. Thank you to the associate who helped me that day. Because of your professionalism and compassion, I was finally able to complete something that meant a great deal to my family. There’s a gentleman in the garden center who checked the price and helped me get a heavy plant pot into a vehicle. He was upbeat with a great attitude. He was friendly and professional. The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
