“Went in to grab a few things for a small home repair and ended up spending more time than planned, in a good way. The store was pretty organized and I didn’t have trouble finding basic supplies like screws, paint rollers, and extension cords. One of the employees asked if I needed help but didn’t hover, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair compared to other hardware stores nearby”
“My experience with Ace, the brand, has always been great. This location is no exception. The store is clean and bright. The employees are always friendly. They usually have what I need. I especially like their specialty bolt and screw section. If I am ever in need of a replacement bolt for something I can pretty much count on them having what I need to replace it. They also have the best selection of lump charcoal that I have found in the area.”
“First time customer, bought a freeze dryer yesterday and couldn't have been more impressed with the people working there, they spent a very long time going over how to use it and what works best in there. The machines are obviously pretty expensive but we are very excited to try it out. The customer service here is top notch! Thanks again and can't wait to start using this!”

“I had a focal onset seizure in the store this past Sunday. It's far from my first, so I'm pretty good at masking them. I struggled through some aisles before sitting on the Ace person's stool.
That Ace person came about, and I jumped up and apologized for sitting on his stool. He told me to stop and sit there as long as I wanted (I assume I didn't look well.) They offered to call emergency medical response; I declined.
So they had an employee walk with me the rest of my shopping trip, and then they had someone take my stuff to my car.

The staff was helpful, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain different options without making the process feel overwhelming. I was able to find quality products at reasonable prices, and the store had more in stock than I expected.

“If you are looking for common nuts bolts and screws 100% go here ...if you are looking for anything specific I wouldn't recommend them....but they are way cheaper then lowes or home depot or the local hardware store especially if buying in bulk”

“Customer service was great!! We had a delay in delivery for an umbrella. It made it to the nearby store and I was able to call and just pick up the item. Katrina was one of the associates helping me - she did everything in her power to make it a smooth process to pick up what was scheduled to be a delivery. There were several helpful associates throughout the whole process.”
“So I want to share my Lowe’s experience with everyone. Since I started my business I have had nothing but great customer service Starting with the lawn and garden dept Autumn, Cody and “B” Brian have been the most help even when things went wrong as far as ordering they took care of the mistakes and made them right in minutes. Which was mostly my fault ordering something incorrectly. As far as management and Cashiers go “Q” my number one guy at Lowe’s can’t say anything but he is the most professional and looks out for my company as well as Lowe’s. Nate is always the best Courtney, Gamail Mrs. Gwendolyn, Fay, Naye and Melissa all have helped me in the past week and have been amazing. The paint dept with Mrs Shirley and her co workers I don’t remember there names . To say the least this Lowe’s team is doing amazing work and I’m super grateful they all help me so much. “We are having a problem with raccoons coming in through our doggy door. My mom and I went in tonight and not only did Theo help my mom get a scooter that was charged but he helped me get the items I need to block the raccoons from coming in. Great customer service!”
“After having a very frustrating experience at another Lowe’s location, I decided to visit the Lowe’s on Schillinger Road and Airport Boulevard, and I’m so glad I did.
This was my first time renting a carpet cleaner, and the associate immediately made the experience easy. She asked for my ID, explained the rental process, asked if I needed the hose attachment, and showed me exactly where to find the correct cleaning solution for the Big Green Machine. She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store.
That level of customer service meant a lot to me. I was already dealing with an injured knee and using crutches, and I was trying to clean my late aunt’s home after her passing. The kindness, patience, and professionalism I received helped make an emotional and stressful day much easier.
This location showed me what great customer service looks like. The employees were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping customers instead of rushing them out the door.
Thank you to the associate who helped me that day. Because of your professionalism and compassion, I was finally able to complete something that meant a great deal to my family. I will gladly return to this Lowe’s for future projects and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service.”

“Update: had another big order. The manager, Brandon, helped load brick alongside his team. Very impressed. The most helpful home improvement store, hands down ( and I’m lumping in the others around). We naturally spend a lot of time at home improvement stores. Needless to say, this is my go to.
There’s a gentleman in the garden center who checked the price and helped me get a heavy plant pot into a vehicle. He was upbeat with a great attitude. He was friendly and professional. I didn’t catch his name- but I just want to write a review to showcase how he made my all around experience a great one.”
