I've gotten uhauls before so it's pretty easy for me I just went in and told the guy what I needed I was in and out of there with a 26 ft truck to go do a job in less than 10 minutes the place was clean the guy was very nice

I made reservations for specific location and they didn't have a clue what was rented. Fortunately the attendent was very helpful with my order...only didn't have the hand truck I requested. Definitely call location after booking your needs.

The staff was great but their reservation system was a disaster zone!
