My mom recently passed and trying to just explain what I needed without constantly breaking down, she was so incredibly patient and helpful explaining everything we needed to do to get the units set up and ready for our arrivals with u-hauls while we're taking care of emptying the house has been a Godsend, especially because we live in Alabama but the house is in TN. I hope management knows and appreciates what a wonderful and valuable employee you have! She has fantastic customer service and people skills!!”

“Rented a couple units for a few months while moving from out of state. They have a tremendously clean facility and looks to be somewhat new by how well it’s maintained. Ashley in the office was a joy to work with and entertained all of my many questions as a first time storage user. They had competitive prices, a secure facility and worked for what we needed. I was sad they didn’t offer U-Haul trucks at the time as that would have been convenient, but now they offer truck rental too. Highly recommend.”

She was very knowledgeable and already knew the property very well and you can tell that she really cares! “Best place around! Affordable and doesn't trick you like Midgard with their hidden fees and unnecessary 30 day vacate notice. Seriously, we've moved in the past and needed storage in the United States but this family owned place is the cleanest, best secured, best prices than anywhere else. I've talked to Drew and Maggie and they are both the nicest and today when turning in our unit we got to meet the owners, they were working today, such genuine people and we will let everyone know on social media this is the best in the Athens/Harvest/Huntsville Alabama area. We bought a house in Harvest closer to Huntsville and still chose Midpointe, still a quick drive, 14 miles. They're very local and in a great spot!”

“We have been renting our unit since 2013. The owner is very friendly! Our unit is climate controlled. There are no leaks, odors, and in all of the years we’ve rented, we have never seen any signs of pest (ants, spiders, roaches, mice, etc…). All common areas are also kept clean. It’s nice to know our stateside belongings are safe and well taken care of!”
