“We had a fantastic experience at the store. My family has had a rough week, and one of the issues we dealt with this week was Spectrum Mobile being absolutely horrible to deal with. We were able to switch to Metro, and they did everything they could to help us solve the issues that Spectrum Mobile caused. I will 100% recommend the store!”

“I had such a great experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Landis! She was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find customer service this good anymore. She made everything easy to understand and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Definitely recommend going to see Landis if you need anything!”
