“I had a great experience in AT&T with Ebony. I purchased a new phone and she helped me make a good decision based on my needs. She also reviewed my bill to make sure our account option:set up was still the best for my family. I would recommend Ebony to my friends. Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately the AT&T auto survey that was sent out asking me to rank my experience from a 1-5 was completed incorrectly. I chose a 1 thinking it was the best (Very satisfied) and quickly realized that 1 was Very Dissatisfied. I tried to chat with an AT&T rep to get a new survey and was not able to get a re-do on my survey. At&t, fix your after visit survey, a 1 should be VERY Satisfied”

“Awesome experience. I was porting (moving my number) from straight talk to metro. Usually it can be a process. And it was. Mo the owner was on top of it. He guaranteed I wasn't leaving til it was done and he got it done. He was patient and helpful with the process. Honest about my phone options and hooked me up with a great phone and case package. Definitely the worst stress free experience with a phone company/store changing phone services and keeping my number. I recommend in the shoals are to go to the wood ave location for your metro pce business.”
