“This morning, I went to a Verizon Certified Retailer and met Heather and she saved the day more like my week. Last night my Google Pixel suddenly went completely white, leaving me without a working phone. I went to a corporate Verizon store located on Cox Creek in Florence around 6:30 PM, but after explaining the situation, I was essentially told they couldn’t help me because they do not deal with insurance phone claims. I was sent to a tablet where I needed a PIN I had never used and they refused to help me reset the PIN. I was told to call 611, and then spent hours getting disconnected by the AI over and over without ever reaching a real person. I was so frustrated I was ready to leave Verizon altogether. Heather listened, helped me reset my PIN, personally helped me file my insurance claim, and even saved me money. Most importantly, she helped me because she genuinely cared,not because there was something in it for her. I had already been dealing with a lot, so having my phone suddenly not be operable was the last thing I needed. Heather was kind, patient, explained everything, and treated me like a person. Heather restored my faith in Verizon. My replacement phone should arrive within a day, and I can't thank her enough. Verizon, please recognize Heather! She is exactly what customer service should be. I hope this review brings her and her store the business they deserve. Part two will be posted on the other location's Google page, including names.”

“Awesome experience. I was porting (moving my number) from straight talk to metro. Usually it can be a process. And it was. Mo the owner was on top of it. He guaranteed I wasn't leaving til it was done and he got it done. He was patient and helpful with the process. Honest about my phone options and hooked me up with a great phone and case package. Definitely the worst stress free experience with a phone company/store changing phone services and keeping my number. I recommend in the shoals are to go to the wood ave location for your metro pce business.”

“Evan was great to work with! We really love our new phones & saving money by having internet & cell service with AT & T. Thanks for such an awesome experience! Update* DO NOT under any circumstances switch your phone or internet services to AT&T. I don’t know about you but I do not have time to call a company every month and dispute my charges that were promised. AT&T charges you something different every month and that just doesn’t work when you are a Senior Citizen on a fixed income. Our first phone bill was $500 because they lost my phone I traded in somewhere in their warehouse. Months later we were issued a credit. Now they are charging us for internet equipment that was returned 4 months ago!! Absolutely Ridiculous!! Save yourself the headache and use another company.”

“I needed to add a line to existing service and Savanna was extremely helpful. I told her the type of phone I wanted and she presented me with my best option. i was surprised at the low cost of the phone itself and the small amount that the added line will cost monthly. Turns out that the more lines you add, the less each line costs. My previous provider was Tracfone (which has a limited service area and very slow internet search capabilities). I was paying more for that service per month than the additional cost of adding a line to my existing Verizon service.”
