“Awesome experience. I was porting (moving my number) from straight talk to metro. Usually it can be a process. And it was. Mo the owner was on top of it. He guaranteed I wasn't leaving til it was done and he got it done. He was patient and helpful with the process. Honest about my phone options and hooked me up with a great phone and case package. Definitely the worst stress free experience with a phone company/store changing phone services and keeping my number. I recommend in the shoals are to go to the wood ave location for your metro pce business.”

Update* DO NOT under any circumstances switch your phone or internet services to AT&T. I don’t know about you but I do not have time to call a company every month and dispute my charges that were promised.
AT&T charges you something different every month and that just doesn’t work when you are a Senior Citizen on a fixed income.
Our first phone bill was $500 because they lost my phone I traded in somewhere in their warehouse. Months later we were issued a credit.
Now they are charging us for internet equipment that was returned 4 months ago!! Absolutely Ridiculous!! Save yourself the headache and use another company.”
