“My experience was awesome. I’m so glad I switched to T-Mobile, cause the reception and deals are the best I ever seen before. My mobile expert was the best I ever experienced. He was very nice, excellent and attentive. He made sure my experience was great. Not only do I rate the store 5 stars I rate him 5 stars. I’ll never do business anywhere else. I’ll always go to the Muscle Shoals store. If you want a good mobile store and service go to the Muscle Shoals store. You won’t regret it.”

“Donna-Marie at the Florence Alabama store was an AMAZING help fixing my Samsung S25. She spent all the time needed to show me not only what to do, but what NOT to do. This is why we are and always will be loyal Verizon customers!! Thank you so much for saving my sanity!!!”

“Came here to get assistance with me changing network provider. Xfinity has one of the best deals, cutting my wireless phone bill to half. And i was so lucky to have been helped by Ivan and Lakobi. Both of them were very knowledgeable of the system, and very, very professional in every step. I’ve seen them treat other customers, specially the elderlies, with compassion, patience and respect. Great and wonderful people.”
