“Ordered an incredible item as an anniversary present that could only be found at TS. Unfortunately I am in Alaska so I had to order it to be delivered in Birmingham and the only store that had the items in stock were in Moody. When the system made a mixup on the name for the order and the pickup person cancelled, the store did everything they could to work around the hiccup. To the point that one incredible soul, Brenda, offered to deliver it for me to ensure that it was delivered on our anniversary. I cannot speak highly enough of this store or its workers, and Brenda deserves a BIG raise for her patience as we worked through the options to keep the order intact!”
“I recently had my oil changed and a headlamp replaced at Springville Walmart.
A very nice young man took care of me. His kindness and efficiency reflected positively on Walmart!

“Most of the time I go here there are no problems. Usually the staff is very helpful. The only reason I gave it a four is because they expect you to use the app to find out prices. I do not feel that this is fair to older people and people that do not use internet on phones. There are staff nearby for price checks though. I dislike that sometimes they do not post prices at all.”
“Crow in the photo center was incredibly helpful and patient while I was trying to print a tiny photo to fit inside a locket. He really took his time with us and let us keep adjusting things until we got it just right. “Today was rainy in Pell City. I went to the local FIVEBELOW to hopefully find an umbrella for the low. I like solid colors and the salesperson there went out of her way to find me a solid color. They didn’t have anything but prints. She said “I’m sorry we don’t have anything in stock. But we have our company branded that are bigger and a lot nicer can I just give you one for not having what you were looking for.?” I said sure! This is what received. It is not solid but it indeed is a really nice umbrella and very sturdy. I’am literally a FIVEBELOW rainy day advertiser for the company nation-wide(dub myself that) Thanks, great customer service gesture. I did take my savings and made a purchase along with this visit. Thanks FIVEBELOW!!!!!”
