“Hammers is one of my favorites. I really like the ladies who run the store. They're very helpful and attentive. Hammers has such a variety of price and quality. I mean, if you need to really watch your pennies, you can find cute stuff for a low price and be pleased. But, Hammers ALSO carries the higher quality, slightly higher priced items as well. It's a place where you can splurge if you're able. It carries many brands and has a wide selection. I love this store!”
“December 1, 2023, 6:30 a.m. I made a quick coffee run for work and as I was going through self checkout, the register didn't give me my correct change. It shorted me $40. The girl that was working self checkout was alone and there were plenty of customers, but she made sure she resolved my problem as quickly as she could and was extremely apologetic. I appreciated her kindness and the fact that she didn't get frustrated or act like I did something wrong. I'm pretty sure her name was Stephanie. 5 stars for great customer service!!”

“My grandmother was in Tractor Supply in Oneonta and they were so kind to her!! She’s 85 and forgot to bring her check book and only had $12 with her, the cost of the item was $17. The gentleman working told the cashier to sell it to her for $12 and then even carried it out to her car. She offered to run to the bank and he told her no need, that he was happy to help. I’m thankful they treated her with such kindness.”
