“Everyone is friendly and quick to help. The store manager, Mark, is the greatest. I ran into a few situations I was trying to resolve with their corporate customer service without success, then went to the store and Mark resolved everything in about 10 minutes. The following week I received a follow up call from Marc to make sure everything was good. Outstanding above and beyond hospitality.”

Unfortunately, the service went down again in early January, so I had to schedule a Followup on 3 February to replace the Ethernet cable. After Matt.C replaced the cable, the service came back up. If service is interrupted again, the problem is between the street and my service box.”
