“I want to acknowledge Ronnie Perez’s superior work as a salesperson/advocate for Point Broadband in Opelika. He was courteous, straightforward, and responsive to our needs and circumstances. If Ronnie comes knocking at your door or drops off a pamphlet you can trust him to give you solid information as you decide on which ISP to sign with. He won’t be pushy either. We ended up going with Point, and look forward to getting connected in the coming days. I don’t normally write a review of cold-caller salespeople, but Ronnie was alright so I wanted to give him props.”

“Everyone is friendly and quick to help. The store manager, Mark, is the greatest. I ran into a few situations I was trying to resolve with their corporate customer service without success, then went to the store and Mark resolved everything in about 10 minutes. The following week I received a follow up call from Marc to make sure everything was good. Outstanding above and beyond hospitality.”
