The 2 associates working- Greg(manager) and Tipp(sales rep) helped me through the process and let me know that I qualified for a New phone free of charge! These 2 are Very Knowledgeable when it comes to your phone and communication problems. Greg and Tipp at Metro by T-Mobile in Opelika saved the Day! “I transferred my line from Verizon to Metro because of the cost. Once the transfer was made my phone was in SOS mode the whole day! I talked to customer service twice, even chatted with two agents, no resolution. So I decided to go to this store for help and it was the best decision I made. Tatianna(not sure if this is the correct spelling) she was able to get me back in service. She is amazing! She was answering phones and trying to resolve my issue.”
