“I waited too long and my Acess Code for the survey is expired. We were shopping on 12/20/23 at the Alabaster, AL store. An associate in the beauty department named Shai was extremely helpful, answered my questions, and even made a suggestion that saved me some money on the products that I was looking for. The transaction # on my receipt is 1871 @ store # 2918, associate (?) # 0900. In this day and time, customer service is a dying art. Shai is definitely the EXCEPTION!”

“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

“I love this Old Navy location. They always have sales on clothes and their clearance section is huge. The baby clothes are adorable and have a great clearance section as well. I really like their $5 onesie selection. If you really look through the clearance you can find amazingly cheap clothes.”

My favorite hair stylist, Anna Kate, has been doing my balayage for years and it's better than I ever could imagine every single time!! “Love Old Navy clothes for my kids and myself. The employees are so sweet and welcoming, even if they're swamped. They take time with each person and if you can't find something, they're willing to try and find it for you.They have awesome deals, sales, and clearance prices all the time. If I can't find what I want in store or just decide to shop online, they have a fantastic sale going on there, too.Being able to bring store AND online purchases back to any store for a refund or exchange is so nice!They never complain if I'm returning a lot from online (I usually order different sizes of the same thing because I'm 5'1" and 135lbs, so fittings vary greatly), so I try to organize the right shipping bag (that's your receipt) with the corresponding items to make it go faster for the cashier, customers in line, and me!Pick-up from their stores are a breeze.Couldn't recommend them more!”

“Probably one of the largest Rainbow stores around, even bigger than the location in Homewood. The store has just about everything. For all shapes and sizes of women. There is a perfect amount of regular sized clothing to plus sized women's clothing. I don't consider Rainbow to be fast fashion like Shein, dolls kill or romcom, but their clothing is pretty inexpensive for what you are getting. Jasmine and I came to the mall this passed weekend to look around. The first stop we made was to Rainbow. Both of us like Rainbow for different reasons. Jasmine likes to get undershirts from them because they are marked down so much. She can easily get about three or four of them for around $25. I like Rainbow because I can get some inexpensive summer dresses that are still fashionable. Rainbow clothing is always a one stop shop when you want to get an outfit for going out. They have everything. Shoes, clothing accessories, they have it all. Service was the only thing holding this review from being a five star review. The ladies at the counter were a little on the ruder size of things. But still got the work done. I will come back again because I do like their selection and their clothing.”

“Lots of changes happening in this store and I can personally see a big difference… with big differences to come. The District Manager Arika is only a year in role and has been in that store doing the very best she can to clean it up and fix up and continue making changes. Covid changed retail completely and if you’ve never worked in the retail industry I know that’s hard to understand but please be patient with this location as the best is yet to come!”

“As a mom of three, I love finding a good bargain on children’s clothing! This is the place to go if you’re not wanting to break the bank, but wanting cute clothing for your kiddos. I don’t sell with them so I can’t speak on the selling process. The space is pretty tight in there, which is why I gave four stars (can be difficult to shop if you have multiple children with you), but it’s very organized. From play clothes to boutique clothes to shoes and bathing suits, you can find anything you may need.”
