“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”
“I had a great experience at Carter’s in the Riverchase Galleria. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop. The lady at the cash register truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the checkout experience so pleasant. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!”
“Oliver is an amazing manager! Very helpful and will always double check for things. Initially was 5 stars and knocked it down because I than interacted with Nicole who was incredibly condescending. The sign indicates 35% off and she tried to assert it was misplaced. Her energy was so negative I was tempted to knock down to one - but she did honor the misplaced sign and honestly Oliver was just great!”
“Always a great experience, however I took 4 full boxes of clothes today and they only took 18 items.... for $18.. last time I went they took the majority and I got back more than the items they took, ya know, just really upset me because that was perfect clothes i took there.”

“Haley is honestly one of the best people you could hope to have helping you at Old Navy. From the moment you walk in, she brings such a positive, welcoming energy that instantly makes the shopping experience better. She’s incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and she really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for instead of just rushing you through.
What stands out the most is how attentive and hardworking she is. Haley goes above and beyond—whether it’s helping you find the right size, putting together outfit ideas, or checking in to make sure everything is going well. She makes you feel like you actually matter as a customer, which is rare.
On top of that, she’s super knowledgeable about the store and always seems to know exactly where everything is. Even when it’s busy, she stays calm, professional, and kind to everyone around her.
