“Frank & his wife are THE BEST! They are so cool! Once you become a regular & get into your groove, they do a good job of keeping up with you & remembering. They are friendly & very welcoming. This will always be my go-to service shop here in the Grove & it's mainly based off the awesome customer service & the rapport that has been built over time.”
“This store is usually busy in the afternoon/evening and rarely has more than 1 cashier. I still choose to go to this one even though the other D.G. in town is closer to my house. Its shelves are never fully stocked, I've pulled up mid-day and the doors were locked and no one was around. Don't believe the hours posted online and race up there at 9:30pm thinking you're going to make it. This store CLOSES at 9:00pm EVERYDAY!!”
“The staff in this store were very helpful and assisted me in looking for supplies that I needed. When we didn't find one of the items, puppy pads, on the shelf, the young man went to the back. He found some that had been that day. Great service, very friendly staff and the store is very well maintained. The aisles were wide making it easy to shop. The shelves were stocked and in order.”
