“I have received such wonderful customer service during my last several visits, that I took the time today to ask the lady her name. Jessica E has is genuinely friendly and super helpful every time she’s working, and I stop in. She goes out of her way to share any deals with me that the store is currently running, and today she prompted me to use my app to redeem the rewards I had waiting for me. You really don’t find many people who seem to enjoy what they do, but Jessica truly makes me smile every time I see her working. The general atmosphere of the entire store is clean, bright, laid back, and friendly, and I really believe she’s part of the reason for that!”

“Best gas station in Prattville, the owners maintain the store very well and it's very clean. Great vape options for a gas station, and they always help when needed. I wanted a certain product that they don't carry and a couple days later they ordered and had the product ready for me just because I asked. Great great service and I highly recommend this store!!”

“August 7 (out of gas - heads up) otherwise stop by for snacks and drinks :)Had an incident sometime last year I think.one guy eye goggling me and showing his buddy on his phone (I didn’t notice till I looked up after swiping my card) that he was pointing the phone at my chest… had to have my bf to come with me a couple times and then afterwards he never talked to me or did that.Great prices, my partner gets vapes here only. Love the ice cream during the hot summer.Has air pressure station. Card wireless/tap. But no reader valve”
“I recently moved to the area and have had such a great experience with this pharmacy that I felt compelled to write a review — something I rarely do. Two recent interactions especially stood out, and honestly, I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
1. Help untangling my CVS accounts
I had trouble locating my prescriptions because over the years I’ve had multiple phone numbers and email addresses tied to different CVS accounts. After spending a lot of time trying to fix it myself — even calling tech support — I explained the situation to Katie at the pharmacy. She went above and beyond: she printed out the prescriptions from all my various accounts and helped me consolidate everything into one. Now I finally have a single account with all my active prescriptions in one place.
2. Fast, proactive help with an urgent refill
I also had an issue with an auto‑refill date that was cutting it too close. I sent a message through the CVS website, not expecting much and preparing to go in person. To my surprise, within ten minutes I received a call from a CVS staff member letting me know they were already working on it and that my prescription would be ready the same day.
If this isn’t GREAT customer service, I don’t know what is. This pharmacy has truly earned my trust.”

“PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT CHEVRON. THERE ARE 2 IN PRATTVILLE. THE PERSON WHO POSTED ABOUT LUG NUTS HAS THE WRONG ONE. THIS LOCATION HAS NEVER HAD MECHANICS. FUEL AND CONVENIENCE STORE ONLY. Restrooms are always spotless as is the rest of the store. Almost every time I go in there, someone is mopping the floors. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to others in the area.”

“This looked like a fairly new gas station/convenience store. We only stopped here for gas so I can't comment on the facilities inside, etc. station was well lit, and there are plenty of pumps available. If you are coming here from I-65, note this is on the opposite side of the road and you must turn without assistance from a light.”
