“I stopped here the other night and the lady was about to close and she let me and two others that had stopped rush in to get we needed, which I needed gas so I was thankful because there was no other gas station around for quite a few miles that was open,and I wouldn't have made it to another gas station so I was grateful she let me get gas. She was very nice.”

“Huge thanks to Alex in Customer Service! My husband left his wallet there and before we even knew it was missing, Alex had pulled out the top card, which is his insurance card (that's in my name) and messaged me on Facebook to let me know. That's awesome customer service!”
“Found most items I wanted. The woman who was working there was very helpful and polite. The store itself was messy, probably due to switching holiday items. Aisles were somewhat blocked.”

“Stopped here to get a Publix sub. A little different menu than I am used to because of the different state but the selection was interesting. The sub ended up being huge because of all the available toppings. Got the honey maple turkey and Swiss and it was delicious. The lady making the subs was very nice. The store was super clean with lots of selections. They were out of the unsweetened tea I usually get but at least they had an alternative option.”
“There’s a new worker and she is amazing! I wish I got her name but she’s the young lady with the purple hair! Her energy and personality is just over the top! She keeps a smile on her face and doesn’t seem in a damp mood like a lot of encounters with other employees I had there before. The best employee at this store I ever encountered!”
“Even though I don't live in Prattville, I make a point to visit this store location every opportunity I have. Very clean, great frozen food selections, many pet food choices, well organized, and friendly, helpful staff.
