“We stayed here one night traveling from California to Tennessee with a U-Haul trailer and two cats. We arrived fairly late at night, and the front desk person wasn't super thrilled or friendly. There isn't a lot of room for a trailer to park, but luckily the hotel wasn't busy and we were able to take up several parking spots with no problem. The area felt safe and we had no issues. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good, as expected for a hotel breakfast.”

We had a wonderful stay at the Avid hotel in Prattville while traveling for a special family event at Maxwell Air Force Base. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were well organized and everything felt fresh and well maintained. They really spoiled me with the hot water and coffee downstairs 24 hours and the free breakfast worked out well for me too! I loved the variety of teas I could choose from.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy after a long day of travel. We especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was, which made it easy to rest before an important day.
I couldn’t get over how dark the rooms could get from the shades! I had no idea that it was a bright sunny day until I went downstairs for breakfast and looked outside the window waiting for my elevator. They provided hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case you forgot to pack yours. The lighting in the bathroom is bright enough to style your hair and put on makeup. Their blanket I asked for was very soft smelt, so clean and fresh too.
The location was also very convenient to restaurants and the base, which made getting around simple.
Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant!”

“Very nice rooms. I would give it 5 stars but I am tired of paying high dog fees when my dog does not make a mess. They better be vacuuming anyway and mopping. IF my dog makes a mess, then you can charge me extra. The room itself was not overly expensive.”

“There are plenty of reviews on here from the past - don't let them discourage you from staying here. First, LaConstance is absolutely amazing. She's professional, attentive to needs, and ensures that your expectations aren't just met, they are exceeded. Second, the rooms are adequate for the type of facility. A comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and workable kitchenette. Lastly, the other residents are quiet (which is also a nod to management for not putting up with foolishness) and respectful of each other.”

“Another amazing stay in one of Rick's houses, did Birmingham a couple of years ago. Great stay, enough room for 8 of us, amazing view of the golf course from the screened in porch. Excellent location as well, 2 min from the clubhouse.

“I recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Prattville and found it to be a solid option for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s surrounded by numerous restaurants, sits right next door to a Dollar Tree, and is directly across the street from Walmart, making it easy to grab anything you might need during your visit.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it’s clear the staff does a good job making the most of the property. Everything I saw, including my room, appeared clean and well-maintained. My bed was firm but comfortable, and I appreciated the four soft pillows provided. The room also featured a large mini refrigerator, microwave, spacious flat-screen TV, and a desk that worked well for getting some work done. There were plenty of charging ports conveniently located throughout the room as well.

Most importantly, the hotel met my needs and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Breakfast was better than I expected for a hotel in this price range. In addition to the standard waffle maker, they also offered sausage patties and eggs, which was a nice touch.

The only negative I encountered was the lack of decaf coffee at breakfast. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again when visiting the Prattville area.”

“Clean little hotel with an amazing staff and great location. Hotel is super clean and well maintained. Rooms are great for a 1-2 night stay. Wish I would've done a more in depth research prior to booking. For a week stay, the room is kinda small, theres no laundry and the mini fridge is barely big enough to hold drinks and the only microwave is in the lobby. No dresser and very little hanging space.

Would definitely stay again if I come back up here on a short trip.”

“My family and I were traveling from Ky to Fl on June 19th 2026 and stopped at Super 8 in Prattville Al for the night. Location was great. Close to the interstate and close to restaurants. Upon arriving at the hotel, the outside looked updated and clean. The front desk staff men both checking in and out were friendly and nice. Our room was clean and the AC worked great. The beds were also comfortable. I didnt see any bugs of any kind. Would stay here again.”

“It was a very clean and comfy hotel. The only issue was a barking dog in another room. After I let the front desk know, they handled it and the dog stopped barking.”

“Whenever I have birthday parties for my daughters or just need a little getaway this is always my go to place! I have used Home2 Suites for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The delicious waffles for breakfast hit everytime but the best part is always the staff from receptionist to housekeeping and Miss K Kelly always ensures your stay is as lovely as possible and that all needs are met! I have never had an experience locally or out of town like I do when I book with Home2 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend!! Also love the new updates and renovations!”

“I only rented the room for sleep. But was comfortable, felt safe, and beds were comfortable and bathroom clean, needs to work on getting their water hotter. Couldn't take a cold shower.”
