“I would just like to brag and give gratitude where it is deserved. I have shopped with Dollar General over the years at several retail locations across a few states in my life. Almost every trip I’ve had anywhere from rude cashiers with their attention on personal conversations with coworkers. Where I was made to feel as if I was the rude one for interrupting for a price check. To very dysfunctional and unorganized stores and even just plain filth. Roanoke, Al location is literally the only location who has always surpassed and excelled my every expectations of what I respectfully deserve in return from a retailer I’m investing my time and families income into almost daily. I have been in retail and customer service for nearly my whole adult life I know how not so pleasant it is at times and also how rewarding it can be as well. From the customer service, hygiene and organization of the store to the quality of the products and how on top of it they’re at keeping the shelves stocked with the.
