1222 Saraland Blvd S, SaralandI adopted Samson over 5 years ago and he was in pretty bad shape. Chewing on his paws and scratching. He had raw sores. Dr Tuberville looked him over and smelled his skin and knew just what to do with for him. Gave him a shot and shampoo with prescription food and Sam started improving within a week. She kept checking on him and gave him regular medication and injections. Now he has beautiful fur and is very happy. We absolutely love doctor Catherine!Samson is turning 14 this year!

505 Celeste Rd, SaralandToday was my first visit with my cat. I’ve used another vet for years but have had issues getting an apt in a timely matter. So I called Rehm and they were able to get me in the next day. Then I showed up at the wrong location (my fault) and they worked me in and my cat was seen. We were in and out within an hour and everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We have a new vet from this day forward.

1208 Shelton Beach Rd, SaralandI ordered a to go order for my mother who is on hospice. I got home with the order and found out that I had only been given half the order, which was all fried. I wasn't very happy that I had to go back and get what I ordered for my mother, which was a bowl of gumbo. I called and let them know they hadn't given me what I wanted, and they started saying that I hadn't ordered it, to which I responded that was the first thing I ordered. So I went back and got the gumbo and told them that they hadn't given me the bread pudding, either. The guy went to the kitchen to get it, but it took 15 minutes for him to bring it to me, and he had apparently waited for someone else's order before bringing my bread pudding. I am very, very disappointed in the service I received at this location and may never return. Yes, I am a local who has been there more times than I can remember. For you to have been in business for so many years, I expected much better service. This is not how you stay in business.
