“A very nice lady named Gina worked there this morning, and she was absolutely fantastic. Amazing 10 star customer service even at 4:30 in the morning. I was having issues with my card and was going to be late for work and she helped me out tremendously with an amazing attitude. She was also very nice and friendly to the other customers that were there. Any other person would not have shown the same kindness I’m sure.”
“Well stocked grocery store. Not from here. Our dollar general stores back home sell all kinds of miscellaneous stuff for cheap not like here. This was a grocery store. Friendly staff. Super clean store”
“Staff always friendly and very helpful. Store good shape. Due to the hateful treatment I receive at Skyline DG from Shelia and now Jessica I shop here and never had a problem”
“The cashier I had was very nice. And knew how to bag groceries the right way. Boxes with boxes, jars with jars, etc.
Most people just throw anything together in a bag. They don't care much anymore.”

“I want to praise Dollar General at Skyline for their hard work in serving the community during this unprecedented time. Because of their dedicated service, we have been kept supplied with essentials and comfort items. They all have been calm, hard working, and helpful. God bless Shiela Sutton and staff.”

“June 16 2024 Scottsboro Alabama 35768 store. Automotive department. Went in for automotive service (tires installed) and I received excellent service from Nick and Craig. They went over the top to provide great customer satisfaction. Very friendly. Very professional. Very prompt. It was a wonderful experience. Please tell them thank you and that it was very appreciated. I attempted to leave this feedback on the Walmart app but it kept saying "something's wrong" and to try again later. Please let them know they were appreciated. Thank you.
Kevin”
