“Best place to try some Southern local goods such as Priester’s Pecan (Pecan fiddlesticks and Pecan logs) and deliciously fine coffee (it was a great surprise the blend Southern Pecan). Fridge and barbecue have many tasty food too! It’s a place to return on my next time in Selma!”
“Let's speak to the friendliness of the staff. They serve with a smile. Which seems to be rare these days. Help with getting the heavy items from the cart which I appreciate being disabled. This store has a lot of fresh meats packed in sizes you can afford. All the meat looks good and fresh. A few more household items could be added to their inventory in larger family sizes. However overall this store was refreshing change from the large chain grocery/clothing stores. I am excited to have this grocery store option and definitely will shop here again! ?”
“Aldi is a pretty good store. My friend told me about it since she shops there alot, and I started to go to the one in Prattville before we got one in Selma. I mainly go there for the fresh produce and whatever else I can grab to try out. It's no Winn Dixie, but I can go to other stores if they don't have what I'm looking for. It's also a little cheaper to shop there since Walmart tripping with their prices 😐. Selma needs a Publix or Krogers next.”
“Awesome place to buy fresh cut meat. The shelves are always stocked with plenty and a great variety. The sales prices are unbelievable. The location is very convenient and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Hands down...it's the best grocery store I've shopped. The staff”

“The only market within a few "block" of downtown Selma. A local favorite. There is a takeout restaurant with Breakfast and lunch.. meat & sides. Each day is a different lunch special. Great for extra groceries, snacks, a small produce section, refrigerated & frozen meats, drinks, alcohol, fishing gear & supplies, car & hardware section, keys made, checks cashed & much more! Household items as well. Good quick stop for tourists visiting the Edmund Pettus Bridge, Voting Rights Museum, Memorial Park & The Selma Interpretive Center.”
“A wonderful staff at Walmart Store 700. The associates and management are very friendly and efficient. Larry, Fatima, Lovell, Tiffany and Angie are doing such an outstanding job. I am quite impressed with their level of professionalism.”
“Friendly staff. They do try to keep the store neat but they aren't always fully staffed. If they are putting out stock it can be difficult to maneuver around the rolltainers but staff is happy to aid you in getting to an item that may be blocked. I am in there often and have never seen anything other then smiles from staff. I always end up purchasing more then I intended.”
