“The sales rep in Semmes was awesome! I wish I had got her name. She went above and beyond to help me. She called Saraland store to check if they had my husband’s size. We went there, he tried it on and opted not to get that style but another. Since customer service in Saraland was no comparison to the customer service in Semmes we opted to drive back to Semmes to purchase the shoe he chose. We felt that store deserved our business! Big thanks to the young lady who helped me make my husbands birthday special!!”

“I had such a great experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. The staff took me over to have my feet scanned and then went straight to the back to grab several different types of shoes for me to try. I’m incredibly grateful for how knowledgeable, helpful, and patient everyone was throughout the entire process. I also had my 1-year-old with me, and they were so kind and understanding with both of us while I took my time finding the right pair of shoes. The customer service truly stood out, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I can’t recommend this store enough!”

“It's been a while since i've been to Bel-Air Mall. On Sunday 05/16/2021 I went to Champs to get some shoes for my son. The store didn't have his size so, I had the option to order them from within the store. The young man that helped me, was so professional, kind, and patient. I did not expect this at all. Also, I called the store today 05/21/2021 to check upon my order because my order had not been shipped out yet. And I wanted to contact the store directly. The young woman that assisted me over the phone went above and beyond. She was so patient, kind, and professional as well as courteous. I would most definitely shop there again. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. And my order is being shipped OUT TODAY..YAAAAY! GOT THE CONFIRMATION! You rarely find this type of customer service these days. Again, it's highly appreciated...THANK YOU! Hope the employees get a bonus...forreal!”
