“Staff was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. They had a very nice showroom for several stihl products. I wanted a professional weed trimmer that would last for home use, they immediately showed me my options in the Stihl brand that I was looking for and offered to upgrade its line spool for a very reasonable price to make adding new line easier. Then they tested my choice and physically changed the spool while I was in the store. They showed me the cranking process and offered to increase my warranty from 2 to 4 years if I added the required oil to my order which I did. I like how I can take it back there or to any stihl dealer if I have a problem with it. Im happy with my choice to use this store and feel like the staff made my experience very enjoyable.”
“I love this place great customer service. Sherry was amazing!! I told her i lived in Tennessee so its not easy to come check! She said let me find out I'll call you back not even 30 minutes later she called me informed me that theirs was waaaay bigger than I needed. I love you guys just for the free coffee and popcorn. “I’m from pa. The other week I called there and asked about argon and other supplies. That I needed to do a stainless pipe job and Bobby was so helpful. That’s more than I can say for the store I deal with at home. So I went there today and Bobby is like what do you need and He said let’s go shopping in the warehouse. So I told him what I needed and he hooked me up!!!I was also impressed with the pricing!!! Also the guy at the counter came out and even helped me load my 4 300cubic foot cylinders. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MUSCLE SHOALS AIRGAS????????????????????????. Keep up the good work guys!!!!”

“I try to use this store whenever I have a hardware need. The store is always so clean and inviting. The customer service is always amazing and kind. They will actually go to whatever I'm looking for and give me great info about their selections and if they don't have it, they will offer to order it. The only way you can get this kind of personal help at any of the big box stores is if you actually find someone in the department that you are looking for, and let them know that you are going to be making a expensive purchase and even then the help is not always this good. I truly appreciate this local store and their staff.”
