βI had my windshield replaced. I chose them off the list my insurance co. had, there was really no rhyme or reason. After going thru the ins. co., I called to make my appt. and with Thankgiving the coming week I opted to drop it off after the holiday, so it would be 10 days before I had to bring it in. Their policy is to drop it off 1st thing in the morning and they would keep it all day, giving them time to do it at their convenience. I got a call about 10am (dropped off at 8) and they ordered the wrong windshield, mine had more integrated in it, so they were ordering the right one and it could be there in time to do it that day, which it was. Then I got a call about 2:30, and they got the windshield but there was a chip on it they thought from where it was put when delivered. Hence having to order another one. So after all the rigamarow, they got it done early the next morning and brought to me by 9am the following day and to my surprise, the inside was cleaned and detailed! It didn't smell that good when I bought it. ?β

βI came to this shop hoping they could help me repair my Telsa after being rear ended for the first time ever this week. While they couldnβt help with my particular vehicle, they went above and beyond to help me. I was sat down and showed OTHER businesses that could hopefully repair my car and talked through the whole process of navigating an insurance claim. No benefit to their business at all, just purely out of kindness. Very quickly could have been told that they canβt help me, but instead now I am able to get my vehicle fixed thanks to their guidance. Although I couldnβt use them this time, whenever I have an issue with my gas powered vehicle I know the first place I will go. Highly recommend and respect this business.β

βThe owner is a character and on top of all the machines they have, they are always super helpful and they're prices are on par for a "mom and pop op.... so go check em out, get some steel cut on his cnc water jet cutter, or your heads shaved. I'm heading in for another 5gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid for the backhoe.Best RegardsJustin.β

βThis is the second time I have used Autozone in Fairhope. First time to replace my battery and the second to replace the battery in my key fob. Both times very friendly and helpful. βWeβve used Autocraft Collision a few times over the years. Weβve been pleased with the work every time. The color matching is excellent. βStellar customer service. I didn't get the name of the guy who did the code scan for me, but he was incredibly kind and helpful! Explained everything to me in a way I was able to understand and then had Danielle help me find out how much the part I would need is. Danielle was also kind enough to help me check my oil level and helped me pick out the perfect oil for my car when she saw it was low! I am incredibly grateful for both of their assistance and wonderful personalities!!β
βA few years back, my wife, 2 year old, and I were on our way back to Texas from Pensacola. My drive belt snapped just past buccees. We punched in the closest Oβreilyβs and made it to this location. I told the staff what was going on, got the belt, they lended a hand and were very accommodating for any tool I needed. Unbelievably polite and professional. Obviously I hope something like that doesnβt happen again but if it does, I hope itβs near their location because I know theyβll help out.

βIf I could give 100 stars βοΈ I would! Had a hit & run on my car. Wasnβt really enough damage to do claim on my insurance so I got a few estimates. Of course the other places - new bumper for some scratches new paint new this new that. I went here and told him exactly what I wanted β¦ my car to look nicer and he gave me the best price and also made my headlights look brand new. He went above and beyond what I ever could imagine! My car looks like it never got hit! Iβm so happy and will be recommending him to everyone! The process was to pleasant and fast! Thank yβall so much!β

βI go there probably once a week for some little thing since it’s very close and I like to support our “local stores”.The guys (and gal) are always friendly, helpful and patient with us guys who are not very handy. Try them out and you will like them. Sometimes prices a little higher than box stores but it close, quick and easy.β
βMe and my husband went here looking again for a particular item, they didn't have it, but the young lady behind the counter happen to find it at one of the other stores they own. We appreciated her doing that for us.β
