Took it right back and troubleshoot 15 minutes came back gave me a quote Said I needed Freon he also put a can of dye in case I have a leak sent me on my Way it took only 45 minutes great job... I know that every experience cannot be that way but I could tell he was very Focus to get the job . At Very reasonable price too!”

“I just moved to the Foley area and had what I thought was a transmission-related issue with my BMW. I was worried a mechanic would take advantage of me (because I am not mechanically inclined) and recommend more work than was actually necessary to diagnose and then fix my issue. I found Ronnie Lee Automotive online and took my BMW in. I got a call from the mechanic, discussed my options, and proceeded in an agreed upon course of action to fix my BMW. Fortunately, the mechanic’s recommended course of action immediately fixed my problem. What’s more, rather than spend thousands to fix the issue, I spent hundreds. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Mechanics with good customer service are hard to find. Mechanics with good rates are hard to find. Ronnie Lee Automotive is an anomaly because it is an honest company with excellent customer service that provides professional services at good, reasonable, and fair rates. Also, when was the last time the very mechanic working on your car called you to discuss your car? For me, this was a first. It will not, however, be the last. Ronnie Lee Automotive not only knows how to fix cars, they know how to run a business!”

“Awesome Auto Repair Shop. We have a 2004 Ford Expedition 5.4 liter. Called several Auto Repair shops to let them know my concerns and asked if they'd take a look at it. Long story short, I ended up calling them back 4 weeks in a row, still I was told to call them back in about a week. My wife and I was out for a drive, saw Jones Auto Repair. Called them and Jim said bring it in. What makes them so awesome are the owners and workers. Jim (the owner) is so down to earth, honest and has a great sense of humor. The two other mechanic(s) Arthur and Lane are no different. SUV did in fact need a new motor (Knocking/Rattle during acceleration/deceleration). Lane recommended where I could get one. Expedition runs like new once again, and the work was done sooner than expected. Can't forget Mrs. Jones, very kind and sweet lady, always kept me updated and spoke with kindest voice. “My initial phone call with Jonathan impressed me with his knowledge and experience of the problem we were experiencing with our transmission. Advanced Transmission was the only repair facility I contacted that gave me a comfort level that they could complete the overhaul successfully.Advanced Transmission quoted me a price range and time during the initial call based on my description of the symptoms. Upon their initial test drive and inspection, Jonathan’s initial diagnosis was confirmed. The repair was completed in the low end of the initial quoted time frame and for a price well within the initial quoted price range.The car was picked up two days ago and is performing great. I highly recommend Advanced Transmission for anyone in need of transmission repair. Their customer service is second to none. Knowledge, experience, friendly atmosphere, honoring commitments to price and time. It doesn’t get any better than this.”

“I was recommended this shop by another person, and looking at the 5 ? reviews, I chose to give them a try. I was greeted upon my entry by Holly. She was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I told her my problem, which was a check engine light. We talked about what could be the made an appointment for a few days later.I also found that Holly and her husband were both volunteer firefighters for a local department. Of course, since I am a retired FF, we had a lot in common! There is something I should point out. The shop has been in that location for some years, and don't let the appearance scare you off. Their knowledge, kindness, and worth ethics, and great service make up for the appearance!I returned for my service, which was originally called for 5-6 hours, was done in 21/2 hours. How nice was that, I attribute that to their work habits. Good service, knowledgeable mechanics, and completed work habits, at price much lower than onother shop giving me an estimate much higher than Holly, and Foley Service Center.The shop is located right on Hwy 59, across from Doering Tire shop. Give them a chance to price your job, and you won't be disappointed. As you can see, I gave them a 5 ? rating for their excellent service.”

“I relocated to the area in 2022 and soon after was in need of someone to look at my air conditioning. The first shop I tried was very disappointing as I felt they were not being straight with me and they wanted an exorbitant amount of money to 'fix' the AC after I had already paid a pretty hefty for a diagnostic that was inconclusive according to them and that there was no dye left. I met the owner of Hucks's at a Chamber event the day after this occurred. He called his shop on the spot and they got me in that day. They were able to literally SHOW me what had NOT been done at the other place that I had paid for, (the dye had NEVER been put in at the first shop) confirming my suspicions. They fixed it on the spot and gave me an extremely fair price. Needless to say, they won me over and have a client for life. I live pretty far away from the shop and have to pass many shops to get there for oil changes and the occasional strange noise. Totally worth it. The owners and mechanics are 5-star people in my book. They are very knowledgeable, and they educate their customers so that they understand what is really going on with their vehicles and have the information they need to make the best decisions. “I pulled into 59 tire shop to have the air checked in my driver side rear tire, 5th Wheel. Jose noticed some additional wear and immediately replaced the tire. To match tire size, I purchased a used tired, looked new, lots of tread and manufactured in 2022. I truly appreciated Jose taking the time and his overall concern in getting that tire replaced.”

“My daughter and I were heading back to TN when we had a major flat. Across from where we had the flat we saw Sweat Tire. I called them and they got us right in and an hour and a half later we had a new tire and we’re back on the road again. The cut was so bad we would not have made it any further. Truly a godsend! “Tow truck took my van to a shop in Elberta and they sent the transmission to Butch. He had it fixed in about a week. Drive great for about a day and then started getting stuck in 3rd gear. Called the shop and they called Butch who said to bring it right over. This was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. His shop was very busy when I got there and two pulled in behind me. He stopped what he was doing and addressed my problem right away. He took me on a test drive so I could show him what was happening.He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately (bad speed sensor) and even let me drive it one more time to make sure it was fixed. Whole thing to less than half an hour. Butch was very nice and friendly. Happy to have found him.”
