“The venue is in a good location, quite intimate and welcoming. Ticket prices for just about every show it hosts are very affordable. It's family friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the service was great. My kids and I were there to see Supernova, an Oasis tribute band and if they return to the Soul Kitchen I highly recommend catching the show. They were phenomenal.”

“All the staff members we have encountered so far have been so kind and have great customer service! The room is great! We have a beautiful view of the water, the USS Alabama battleship and the USS United States until it leaves the port. The Amtrak station, The Perdido Queen, The convention center and The Maritime museum are right across from the hotel, too. In the room, the bed and sofa are both comfortable. The train decor is really neat! We had a great stay and hope to come again when we visit Mobile next time.”
“I only interacted with one person as I was in the wrong space however if possible please find Ms. Gloria and thank her for me again. BTT I got to her I was hot, late, hot, and ready to call it a day. Ms. Gloria guided me to where I was actually supposed to be with patience and compassion. “Where shall I begin- the sacred one hundred year old oak trees drapped with resurection ferns? The fainting goats? The ducklings? The lush silence of breathing in the pure air? Maybe the actual lodging where I wanted for nothing. Richly designed and decorated for comfort. We baked cookies for a reunion we were attending and everything we needed minus the ingredients were here in the delightfully supplied kitchen. I took my morning medatation and tea beneath the jasmine vines on the patio with the blue jays and kitty-rinsing away the stress of the world.Do visit Fairhope Farm and try the hand made goat soap. “Perfectly located downtown. Walking, or a quick, cheap, Lyft ride to ANY point downtown Mobile. Parking is free within the hotel lot, but spaces are limited. Hotel is very beautiful inside with an old school french Mardi Gras ambiance.
My staff for this stay was Mr. Marcus Gill and Ms. India Brown. These two made me feel special and very welcome. Marcus hooked this IHG reward member up with a nice late checkout.(12:30) Both also very knowledgeable about the area.
The room was great size, the king size bed was very comfortable, the view was good (it's Mobile Bay) lol. My only complaint in the room was the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in Mobile again for a concert!”

“We use this venue often for meetings and professional training sessions. The food is always great and the service is even better. They are always very professional and willing to meet all our needs. We will continue to book their banquet room every chance we get.
I can't forget to mention the view. The only thing better than the food and service is the view of the local waterways and the skyline of downtown Mobile, Alabama!”
