“I was in Sumiton dollar general and it was pouring down rain. And there were no dry buggies. The young blonde lady cashier told me to pull to the front and she would put my things in my car for me. I know she got soaked. But that was excellent customer service and especially helpful to someone who has a hard time getting groceries in and out anyway. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND 6/20/26 around 5pm.”

“Easy in, easy out. I have shopped at several Wal-Marts in North Alabama. This one is still one of my favorites. I like that you don't have to wait long to be checked out. I prefer cashier check-outside and personal interaction. Friendly staff that is always available and willing to help without being rude. I highly recommend this Wal-Mart.”
