Spoke to the management, told him what I needed asked me what I was doing. We had a conversation and he informed me that he had recently lost his brother. Speed of service was excellent. Got me back on the road quickly. So I didn't lose, but an hour worth of time from the tire. Erupting to having a new tire installed back on the The interstate I live in dora, alabama.Athens is an hour and twenty minutes away from my primary residence, but I will travel.The hour and a half to buy my tires from them in the future thank you for the great customer service.You guys knocked it out of the park, continue.The good work and it's nice to meet good people in the world.Thank you again to the management team”

I dropped my Jeep off for them to look at my Back Brakes, I heard a Loud Popping Noise after shutting it off, plus there was a lot of heat coming from one of the back tires too! I spoke with the Mechanic & they said they Took Off Both Tires Checked my Brakes & Calipers & they were fine. They Test Drive it & it was Okay. They told me to drive it & if I hear any Noises or feel anything with the Brakes to Bring it Right Back. I said okay, what do I owe you for your Time? They Said there's NO Charge. I said WOW that's Fantastic ? you will have my Business from Now on For Being So Honest and Amazing!!!!

They had actually closed early due to holiday hours, but there was someone there that took care of us. We really appreciate them! Give them your business; they deserve it!”

“I give them five stars .I called and went to other places charging me 2200 to 1600 and 1000 for putting 2 axles control arms and rear barrier on my car .Something in my spirit told me to call them because they fix a tire for me before with no problem quick and fast so called them and they mechanic charge me way way less than other places only 450$ drop at 9:00am that day came and pick it up at 2:00pm now my car is driving so good and he did it in not time iso recommend this place to take care of your tires and other service good people and yes I made this a long review because they are good ppl .At least to me I dont care what nobody says I highly recommend them”

“Josh really took care of me! He went out of his way to make sure I left happy with a great car that suited my needs. Josh is amazing and so is the finance team and they have the sweetest receptionist. They absolutely will not repo your car for being a day late or even multiple days if you communicate with the team.They are taking a huge risk by financing cars to low and no credit type situations but they do it so you can get on the road. They also have sexy high end cars with lower down payments (oac)for those big credit scores out there! Love this place love their team… shout out to finance! I went to seven other buy here pay here places in mobile and this was by far the best spot, wish I would have chose Quality first!!! Thank again guys. I will buy another car from Josh!”

“Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Ok Used Tires! I visited my daughter in Decatur, and my tire was flat when I went to leave. The tire was dry rotted, so I couldn't fix it myself. I took it to Ok, and was able to replace three dry rotted tires on my van with great quality used tires. I didn't have the funds to replace with new tires. The guys there were very knowledgeable, and got me going in a short amount of time. One of my tires was in great condition, and they pointed that out. They said that I didn't need 4 tires, just 3. They could have sold me 4, but they aren't trying to rip people off. They are just trying to keep us rolling down the road for the best price available. I will definitely give them my business again in the future, and let all of my family and friends know that they take good care of you there.”

“My family and I were traveling for spring break and while driving had a problem with our tire. At the time we weren’t sure what it was but knew we couldn’t drive the 100 miles we had left to go until it was fixed. We had decided to find a hotel since it was close to 6pm and figured most repair centers would be closed. My husband spotted Tire Discounters and they looked open. We pulled in at 6:01, just after closing time. Joseph the manager spoke to my husband and without hesitation said let’s take a look. He identified the problem tire. Allen pulled the car into the bay to pull it off for a better look. Joseph looked up my tire and he didn’t have one in stock but could get one in the morning. More thank thankful for their time we were about to leave to find a hotel when Allen pulled up a suggestion on his phone. After comparing the tires we all agreed it was a great option and they put the new tire on. We were back on the road within 30min of pulling in. We made it safely to our destination and didn’t have to miss a whole day of vacation with a broken down car. The kindness and understanding and most of all thier willingness to work when they absolutely did not have to (as it was after closing) really spoke to the heart of our family. We were talking about how blessed we were to happen on that particular shop with those two gentlemen. Thank you Joseph and Allen. “Great service I didn't understand the charges showing on my receipt but they took time to make sure it was correct and show me. Only complaint, this us a chain store that honors warranty work nationwide. So busy every day you need an appointment. Coperate is too CHEAP to fix the air-conditioner in a Store in Alabama. You should treat your employees better that that.”
