“I didn't understand how to work my new phone, I want to tell everyone this store stays busy but no matter what my problem is and most of the time my problem is small but no matter how small or big they always take time up with me, teach me things about my phone. I want to say that Cornelius and Ms.Debbie always go far and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my new phone and service. I wish thier was more people like Cornelius and Ms.Debbie in this world ??‼️”

“The Associate Jay was extremely Courteous, Professional, Patient and thorough with answering all our concerns and questions. He truly listened to what our specific needs were and made sure we got what we needed and nothing less. I'm a retired AT&T employee (35 yrs) and he is definitely an asset to your operation! I'm proud to see the caliber individual the company is still hiring and serving the public. Keep up the great work! What an enjoyable experience! THANKS!!!!”

“The owner was super friendly and super helpful. I had prior problems with my device in the past. He literally took my phone apart and was ruling out every issue possible instead of saying my phone was a total loss. He repaired it quickly right in front of me. 1000000000/10. His staff Members were funny wand friendly and we had Good convo the entire time!!! Whenever I’m In town I’ll be back!!”

“Keith was exceptionally professional and patient with the large task of moving 7 phone lines from T-Mobile to AT&T! I was agitated from a terrible in-store experience at T-Mobile on Government and he listened without making me feel judged and gave me my options for moving service to AT&T. He patiently helped us select phones and explained how the incentive could be redeemed. His manager was also extremely helpful and made my son and I feel confident we were making the right decision. And the best part? My bill is more than $100 less after the switch. Love this place!”

“Amanda is always my go-to girl. She is phenomenal! I have gotten to know Corey and the other lady in there (I'm sad to say I don't know her name). I went in today to pick up my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. They were all 3 so personable and helpful! I really enjoyed the time I spent with them today! I will continue to come here for my future Verizon needs!”

“I went in to upgrade the day before 4th of July and Jessica was amazing. There were 2 guests ahead of me and 2 after me and she was such a delight. She spoke to all of us and made it a better environment instead of us all just sitting there in silence. She asked us all about our 4th of July plans and spoke to everyone. I saw her helping a mom and daughter upgrade a phone, helped 2 senior citizens pay their bills, and then she helped myself upgrade and a woman transfer her eSIM to another phone because hers wasn’t working. Never did she complain or give off “annoyed” vibes. She was so sweet and a pleasure to work with and made my shopping experience enjoyable!!!”

“Samatha was the AT&T representative that helped my mother and I. She’s great! She is doing an amazing job representing your brand. If anyone wants a great experience with AT&T, go to the store on Schillinger’s in Mobile and ask for Samatha. I promise you will be 100% taken care of. AT&T should consider she train others…OUTSTANDING 🤗.”
