I’m in Florida, but no matter the distance, Charlie still comes here because the care, compassion, and expertise are truly unmatched. When I first brought my sweet Charlie in at the beginning of September, he was weak, skinny, and in need of specialized care. From the very first moment, Dr. Stevens showed genuine compassion—not just for Charlie, but for me as a worried pet parent. He listened, understood Charlie’s history, and worked with me to create a plan that gave my boy comfort, hope, and the care he desperately needed. Charlie has spent a good amount of time here, and one thing that has meant the world to me is how I’m always kept in the loop. The communication is outstanding—I never feel left in the dark, and that peace of mind is priceless when trusting someone with your fur baby. On top of that, Dr. Stevens takes the time to talk me through my thoughts and worries, never making me feel like a burden. I have been using Dr Myers and this facility for many many years. I often thought my Golden Retriever Teeque loved Dr Myers more than he loved us. Dr Myers excellent care gave Teeque an extra 3 years of life. Our special Golden Higgs has received remarkable care through his lymphoma. He continues to survive and survive well with his treatment. Dr Elstner has been sympathetic, profession, helpful and right on the mark with Higgs treatment. Finally last but not at least the Staff is professional, helpful and ever so kind.

My cat has been having issues for years with chronic throw up and we could never get a solid answer and tried so many different things, seen numerous vets. I was referred to Theodore for them to perform a scope on her. I was nervous but they made me feel at ease and were thorough in explaining the process. The Dr called me with their findings so far and the next steps. We finally got an answer and are now on the path to helping her. Unfortunately it’s not something to be cured but at least we know what steps to take now. I’d recommend them to anyone!
