“We were skeptical in the beginning when we signed up for the internet service because of the not so great reviews but we had no other choice but go with JW. We’ve moved in a new development where AT&T or Spectrum couldn’t provide service. We’ve been a customer for over a year and never had a problem. Never had an outage or anything. Now we wouldn’t change for any other provider even if it was cheaper. JW has been GREAT!”

“Last night I stopped in for some assistance with a tablet I purchased from marketplace and was having issues getting it working. Tim D. walked me through it and helped quote me $100 less a month for my phone bill while also getting new phones. Will be making the switch very soon. Tim was informative and knowledgeable, while also being very friendly and not at all pushy like a lot of the other phone stores. Very happy with the service he provided, 10 /10.”

“I went to two different locations and talked to at least 5 people and Alex in Hartaelle was able to solve my problem. She called around to make sure she was able to fix my issue. She didn't just tell me no. Her and Michelle were extremely helpful and explain everything to me as she went. I will never go back to the corporate store. This location was far more helpful. Thank you! I highly recommend Verizon in Hartselle.”

“You've definitely got to get there as soon as they open because it's a very busy store, and you'll wait for a prolonged period of time. Other than that, great service.”
