We always have multiple lines with fairly complicated accounts and he always finds a way to make it all work. We love having a person help us through the process so we walk out ready to go. If you don’t like trying to figure it all out on your own or sit on the phone half a day waiting on hold to talk to someone you can’t understand, go see Cody.”

“I recently switched to Cricket two days ago. I was with T-Mobile for 20 years. I had to go in today because my service was disconnected. Katy assisted me for a entire hour because of a computer glitch. I almost went to another company. Luckily Katy was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Katy so much!!! I appreciate you and your time. She had to call 3 times and 3 representatives hung up on her while she was trying to resolve my issue. This needs to be fixed immediately because it's not acceptable.”

She mentioned about possibly writing a review about my experience, the only thing I hope this store does to make it easier for the customers is have QR codes we could scan to place a review.
