“What a nice store. We'll stocked and CLEAN. The staff stopped me several times to see if I needed any help finding or reaching things. I found some nice BOGO DEALS in the cereal department and some really great prices in the meat department.

“I went to this convenience store to pick up my U-Haul rental, the employees and owner were very easy to work with, nice and respectful. The inside of the store seem to have anything that you would need in a pinch, and appeared very nice and upkept.”
“I should start by saying I’m not familiar with Winn-Dixie’s in general. I’m only in Alabama for the winter and head back to my camp in upstate N.Y. in the summer. I do most of my shopping for everything at Walmart and we don’t even have Winn-Dixies in NY! I stopped in the other night to pick up a few items after a long day. I accidentally walked off and left my iPhone and wallet in the shopping cart in the parking lot. I didn’t even miss it until I was going to bed that evening. I used my ‘Find My Phone’ app and realized my mistake. My heart sank. Surely someone would have found and taken it by now!Driver’s license and credit cards would need to be replaced and the cash, of course would be gone for good! Not to mention replacing my phone. I already felt lost without it.
When I pulled into the parking lot, the carts were inside as the store was closing soon.
I didn’t hold out much hope, but was presently surprised when I asked if anyone had found it and was told they had it in the office! Everything was as I left it…even the cash was still there. Dee Dee refused to take any $ for her trouble. “It’s just the right thing to do”! I’m sure this story would have a very different ending back in NY!! The longer I’m in Alabama, the more I love it here. Such a refreshing change of pace to find these decent, honest people everywhere! You have a real gem here….but shhhh, don’t tell anyone? Thank you to Dee Dee and the other gentleman whose name escapes me. (if I had any memory bandwidth left, I wouldn’t have left my phone and wallet in the parking lot to begin with!) I hope the good Lord blesses you both and you will definitely be seeing more of me in Winn-Dixie…another gem!”

“What can I say about this wonderful company. My husband has high blood pressure and it was my main goal to relearn how to cook. DAKS took the guess work out. I bought the complete set and never turned back. My hubby who is a grill enthusiast, doesn’t have to worry. He can grab any seasoning and go with it. Love the variety. One of my combos is Cajun Barbecue when I’m getting fancy. And be careful with the Habanero seasoning, it’s a hot one. Street Taco is a game changer & classic Red is my hubby’s favorite! You won’t regret it!”

“Good experience, didn't have nothing I needed, due to the pandemic of course. We do need to do something to keep everyday needs on the shelves. I need hand sanitizer disinfectant wipes and spray. It's getting boring going in the Dollar Generals as much as I do, not getting what I once was easily accessible to get.”
“It's one of the bigger ones I have seen. That's a plus for sure, but it was dingey not really nasty just needs a good cleaning . Seemed to be well stocked from what I had seen. It was a quick trip to get cat food. I would recommend this store.”

The pandemic ended, and the supply chain doesn't have a shortage now, but the prices are still double and triple from a year ago.
The cashiers who have been there for years are better than the ones who think taking their break is more important than waiting on their customers, and will close their line with customer still in it. Giving raises and Paying more won't buy good work habits. They either have good customer skills or they don't.”

“What can you say about dollar general that someone wouldn't already know? Prices remain pretty good. Shelves are loaded with a variety of food and goods that are popular. This one was exceptionally clean and well kept inside and out.”
