“Done business with them twice now. First was a new computer control touch screen in a Camry. Brian was great, very friendly, and super helpful with that adjustment. Second I got heat controlling ceramic window tint installed in a second Camry. Very happy with both services. Would recommend all day. “Truly the best car buying experience ever!!! I had spoken with Don Ballard earlier in the week about the vehicle we were interested in test driving. He gave me a quote on the vehicle and value of our trade. We drove over from Georgia on Saturday morning and Don had the vehicle out front and ready to drive. While on the test drive they looked over our trade. When we decided to purchase it took less than 15 minutes to do all the paperwork and we were out the door. Truly amazing! It was a pleasure meeting Don and the sales manager. Next time we need a car Royal Automotive will be our first stop!!!”

“I had to get a bumper cover (surprisingly, it's actually called a "bumper cover", and not "bumper") replaced as part of an insurance claim. After searching online, reading reviews, and calling several body shops, I chose Med Center Collision. Michael, the estimator, gave me a reasonable quote with an OEM part. The next week, Med Center Collision had the part and called me to set a day to drop off the car. Like many body shops, Med Center Collision took care of the insurance paperwork. When I picked up the car, the car was washed and waxed, and so the car looked great. The new part has a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Also, there's an Enterprise car rental place a mile away that will pick you up and drop you off as well.I found Michael to be a decent down-to-earth person. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a body shop, regardless of whether or not the work is under an insurance claim. The car doesn't even have to be a Mazda either.Service: Body & Trim”

“Ken Moye the owner and lead body repairman also doubles as a knowledgeable and thorough automotive mechanic. Since Ken does most of the work himself, he can't take all work. So if you're fortunate enough to be able to leave your vehicle with him, he will fix it properly and stand behind his work.”

“My family and I were traveling back to New Orleans from my sister-in-law's wedding in Nashville, and our truck's serpentine belt and idler pulley broke. We were totally stranded with our two babies and a dead truck, six hours from home. It was after closing time, and my husband called multiple repair shops, but no one would help us. Magic City Auto Works came to the rescue! We had our truck towed over to Magic City Auto Works and were back on the road within hours. We were able to get home safely because of their kindness (and didn't go into debt because of their fair prices)!”

“Very professional service and was kept well updated throughout the process. I received quotes for two different kinds of repairs and was informed of timeline when repairs could be made (they do schedule a ways out) but was called when there were cancellations to see if I could bring vehicle early. I was kept updated throughout the process, pricing was clear, and the work was exceptional quality and completed on the timeframe described. “I went through insurance. They were professional and took a lot of pictures. They made sure that any thing that appeared to be a result of the issue was documented. It took a while to order parts ( on backorder) but they tried to find other solutions, like preused parts ( also helps price). They did the work in less time then they predicted. And held my car for a week until I was able to get there.There was an issue with the glue that held the vinal in my car. I took it back and it was immediately fixed. They didn't complain or make excuses. He said the glue failed due to sitting in the heat and he would reapply and reset it. I haven't had issues since.Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.I had Josh M as the person managing my car. He is definitely good at his job and made me feel like I was in the best hands from the first moment.Please keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait. They are incredibly busy and the phone rang the entire time I was there, but they work as fast as they can while keeping up their standards”
