Best Buy offers fantastic and friendly customer service with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices are often very reasonable with competitive price matching. The store provides excellent installations and the Geek Squad takes good care of computer repairs. They have a highly recommended extended warranty that can save money. However, the store appearance can sometimes be in shambles with boxes on the floor, and customers may experience long waits for assistance. Overall, it is a reliable place to find particular items and receive good service for electronics and setups.
Ordered a mouse for touchscreen tablet and requested in store pick up. Quick delivery (only two days!) and notice of arrival. When picking up, I noticed they also offer curbside pick-up! Clerk was very friendly.

You guys need to go back to appropriate hours, closing at 8:00 is ridiculous. Can we please get over post COVID psychosis and expand those hours. And if you can't find people that want to work, let's get robots in there as quickly as possible.
