“Diana and Jerry were fabulous. Really amazing customer service. I walked in the store, out of place, wanting a revamp to my style, although I said I did not need help. They both stood next to me, and chatted, made me feel very comfortable and like I could accept their help. I said I was looking for jeans and cute sweaters, maybe shoes. “I had the absolute best experience at this store. The nice manager I believe it was Brittany was the absolute greatest salesman. Literally went above and beyond to help find what I wanted, in her capacity to make sure I was satisfied. The only thing that maybe was off the tension you could feel from the other associate who was staring at us the entire time. Customer service is a harder job than most think but when your coworkers sabatoge you it's gotta be even more difficult. Hopefully this is something the coworker can fix cause this new manager made me a customer for life as long as she is working, I will come back again. But please please folks get along with each other your toxic work à affects the customers.”

“Was in a pinch and needed some extra luggage. Eddie Bauer is a long time favorite outfitter of mine. I can always depend on Eddie Bauer products for quality, performance, style, and value. Found this location to have a wider selection and was larger than many other Eddie Bauer stores back in the lower states. Was able to find exactly what I needed.”
“This Footlocker is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the 5th Ave Mall. Workers are always friendly and helpful. Clothing sales and shoe options rotate frequently. We are able to find our sizes more than half the time we visit. Recently, due to not having a size we needed for an exchange, we had to request a refund. Luckily, it was quick and easy.”

“Love this place and the owner is accommodating and pleasant. I came here looking for an outfit for my husband for a boho themed wedding. I found everything I was looking for and the shop owner went out of his way to help me choose. He was patient with my daughter and even called me to let me know that we left a kids jacket in the store. The shop has a variety of sizes, from the smallest to largest. “My boyfriend and I went in to get a tux for a wedding we are going to in January. Kobe helped us and he was great. I was stressed about it because neither of us have ever done it before. Kobe was super chill, it was fast, he made the whole experience super easy. It took less than 30 min start to finish. He did everything all I did was give him the group number, phone # and email and my boyfriend stood there got measured and tried everything on. Super easy, super fast.”
“I took my 13 year old into the Dimond Center Footlocker around 8:15 on a Wednesday evening. I very friendly and knowledgeable young man named Castell helped us even though it was close to closing time and I'm sure he was ready to go home. The store was out of what my daughter had in mind however he showed her several like pairs of shoes and she found something she was really happy with. I was super impressed with his level of effort. I realized after left he had helped us before. A older lady with short gray hair snapped at him in a unprofessional manner. I wish I had said something to her then. I really hope this lady isn't getting away with degrading employees. The young adults/kids that work there deserve respect and I hope they know they have rights as employees to be treated professionally.”

“I had gone to over seven different clothing stores including Nordstrom rack, small boutiques, large stores in the 5th avenue Mall, buckle, and I just could not find any men's clothes that were really stylish and high quality. Until that is I went to Stallone's where they had an exceptional collection and supremely wonderful customer service. Although the quality of all of their products is undeniably the best you can find for men in Alaska, I want to take a moment to specifically talk about their amazing customer service.
Almost everybody these days is very familiar with calling customer service and it being a slog of frustration and never speaking with somebody pleasant, walking into stores and people who work there ignore you, ultimately when you need help people treat it like a hassle, and so when we walked into Stallone's and were greeted with a smile and a level of care that only a personal expensive butler could provide it was near a life-changing experience.
All of the staff are extremely educated and loving people, they are far far more than happy to show you around, they are eager to both help you and to have your business, they will give you as much time as you need and will listen to your specific wants and desires. If you need help ordering something special if they somehow don't already have it, they will be on it. And yes for all of this you do pay a premium, they do not have poor quality products, and I will say that they're pricing is exactly what you would wind up paying for these designer amazing art pieces that are clothes online. So not only is it an excellent price for what you are getting, but you literally cannot get this anywhere else in Alaska and probably many other places.
It is not about just a good experience, it is not just about a good product, it is about one of the last places that probably exist in the United States that goes above and beyond and truly cares about their customers in a way that is unimaginable frankly.
So yes you will leave here very happy if you are looking for extremely nice men's clothes, but you will leave a change to human being because it will remind you that there are still places on planet Earth for people will treat you like another human being first instead of last.
I exclaimed to the staff that I would do my best to buy all of my clothes from them for the foreseeable future, even though they are more expensive, and I mean it. I initially went in there to buy a shirt and now I am a lifelong customer.”
