“I stopped at this store unexpectedly after our dinner. It’s almost winter time and I was in need for at least one big coat for daily use since I came to Alaska with only summer stuff.Both ladies who were working before closing time today went above and beyond with me! I was looking for a specific style that they didn’t have available in store and was trying things on. The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable even about how I shouldn’t get the white one if I live in the side of town where the snow could be a bit dirtier. I ended up getting my first winter coat with them and the lady at the counter wished me happy birthday and even said, welcome to Alaska. What a wonderful experience with this store even when they were about to close! I’ll be back for more:D”

“Incredibly well curated selection of women's bike clothing, as well as a great range of casual clothes with a focus on smaller independent brands like Ripton, Shredly, Youer, and more. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into each item in the shop and the owner is very knowledgeable about local trails + best places to bike! Definitely worth a visit!”
“Diana and Jerry were fabulous. Really amazing customer service. I walked in the store, out of place, wanting a revamp to my style, although I said I did not need help. They both stood next to me, and chatted, made me feel very comfortable and like I could accept their help. I said I was looking for jeans and cute sweaters, maybe shoes. Both Diana and Jerry brought over so many items for me to try, got to know my personality and dream style. Both of these gals are amazing workers and the reason why I give Buckle 5 stars.”

“Ordered an item on line the Dimond store has in stock paid for it when I went to pick the item up the associates at the counter were helpful courteous and very professional in the way they treated me and had the item bagged tagged and ready to go. “Was in a pinch and needed some extra luggage. Eddie Bauer is a long time favorite outfitter of mine. I can always depend on Eddie Bauer products for quality, performance, style, and value. Found this location to have a wider selection and was larger than many other Eddie Bauer stores back in the lower states. Was able to find exactly what I needed.”

“Great value pretty good quality product. Some Miss stitches and other stuff like that. Maybe last season's unsold clothing, shoes, socks, ties things of that nature. Kind of like a Ross dress for less”
“We came in 6/20 to rent a tux and dress shoes for a wedding we were attending. The lady helping us was very kind and listened to our requests. Great customer service from her. We brought the dress in that I was wearing to the wedding and she helped us color match. We were in and out within 10 minutes!
The day of the wedding, as we were walking to the reception, the bottoms of the shoes started coming off… we ended up having to leave the wedding after the ceremony to change shoes… then, the pants zipper broke and at this point in the night we weren’t moving around a lot.
When we came in to return the tux and dress shoes, we explained what had happened and the person helping us gave us a full refund.
So although there was a wardrobe malfunction, they gave us a refund and I was satisfied with the customer service.”

“Recently visited looking for some clothes for work and I always appreciate the variety they carry! Lots of sports brands and I managed to find a bunch of beauty and home products because they're stocked up for Christmas! Of course there's overflow, but the store is clean and maintained as well as any store can approaching the holidays. Customer service was satisfactory and there were no lines so I was in and out when I wanted.”
