Although he's got a decent amount of inventory on-site, he is also open to requests. My spouse wanted a specific Yeezy color-way in a highly sought after size. The owner had them available for my spouse to purchase in a reasonable amount of time. Northwest's kicks are certified authentic and cheaper than StockX. Having dealt with Cache Alaska (Northwests' only competitor) on two different occasions, Northwest definitely provides a personal shopping experience in comparison. This business is needed and we will continue to support it. Highly recommend.”

“This Kids Footlocker is located on the first floor of the Dimond Center near Chili's. It is modern, clean, and organized. Lots of infant, toddler, and little kid shoe selections. They also have a decent amount of clothing and accessories for said age groups. We were welcomed and helped. Employees were fast about checking on sizes for shoes we were interested in. They were respectful and clear when they didn't have a size we needed. We had a great shopping experience, especially since they still had sales left from Black Friday. Highly recommend this Kids Footlocker.”

“I stopped at this store unexpectedly after our dinner. It’s almost winter time and I was in need for at least one big coat for daily use since I came to Alaska with only summer stuff.Both ladies who were working before closing time today went above and beyond with me! I was looking for a specific style that they didn’t have available in store and was trying things on. The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable even about how I shouldn’t get the white one if I live in the side of town where the snow could be a bit dirtier. I ended up getting my first winter coat with them and the lady at the counter wished me happy birthday and even said, welcome to Alaska. What a wonderful experience with this store even when they were about to close! I’ll be back for more:D”

“I visited late about an hour and half before close and was kindly greeted and offered assistance, but also given space to try to fit my wide feet and husky ankles in some shoes to try on. I tried on about 20 pair and found 2 finally since it was buy one get one half off. Jackie and Mai were outstanding. Their customer service and their aura was so purely amazing. I have social anxiety and they made me feel extremely comfortable. I wish they were working everywhere I had to go publicly ? I may just come to look around once in awhile try some shoes on just for their good vibes and to share some positivity back to them. Best experience ever!”

We are able to find our sizes more than half the time we visit. Recently, due to not having a size we needed for an exchange, we had to request a refund. Luckily, it was quick and easy.”

“I took my 13 year old into the Dimond Center Footlocker around 8:15 on a Wednesday evening. I very friendly and knowledgeable young man named Castell helped us even though it was close to closing time and I'm sure he was ready to go home. The store was out of what my daughter had in mind however he showed her several like pairs of shoes and she found something she was really happy with. I was super impressed with his level of effort. I realized after left he had helped us before. A older lady with short gray hair snapped at him in a unprofessional manner. I wish I had said something to her then. I really hope this lady isn't getting away with degrading employees. The young adults/kids that work there deserve respect and I hope they know they have rights as employees to be treated professionally.”
