On the upside, people are very nice, prompt van service to just any place in town, washer/dryer available. Downside, rooms are poorly appointed, not very clean and rundown and priced very high. Breakfast was poor.

The person awnseing the phone was on the rude side. But the persons checking me in and out were pleasant enough. The room was clean. The area made me feel uncomfortable. Lots of homeless people around. But that seems to be the theme in Anchorage.
