DeMarcus Mitchell, the Retail Store Manager at the AT&T store in the Dimond Center Mall, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services and took the time to understand both my business needs and my personal needs.
His professionalism, patience, and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. This is hands-down top-tier customer service.
Five stars isn’t enough — I’d give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend working with DeMarcus if you want exceptional service and real solutions.

She helped me compare phones and plans to stay within my budget. She suggested the Galaxy s25 ultra for the better camera. Boy was she right! My pictures are crisper than ever! “I went there on Tuesday and they were so friendly, there were only two employees the manager and a younger gentlemen who helped explain all the different deals and really listened to what I was wanting from my plan and what kind of phone i wanted. I don't remember their names but truly one of the one times i didn't hate going into a tech store.”

“I had a billing problem and they were able to fix it. I’m disappointed that their phone customer service was useless. And I’m not happy that I had to take the time an go to a actual physical location just to deal with the bill. But they did fix it and the guy was real nice so I’m gonna have to give him a good review much to my surprise?L O L, neither of the Internet service providers in Anchorage gets very good reviews. What can you do right???”

Do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty, because it will save you money in the long run. I don’t know how many times I have brought in my son’s PS5 headset to get replaced. Once you use the warranty you just need to buy another warranty for the next time the item ends up breaking from abuse. In my personal opinion Best Buy has the best warranty out there.”
