The downtown location has a lot more to offer than the airport location. Prices are on par with expectations, but the staff makes this the place to go. They are super helpful, honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond. They talk customers through the pros and cons of items, give second opinions on gear, help find the right fit for comfort—especially for big guys—and offer great recommendations.
