“Fueling up is simple and fast. Using fuel points helps with high prices.
Make sure you are not there at peak times. Credit card or debit card are the easy ways to pay.”
“Good spot. I usually get my alcohol. Staff are good people and will make conversation with you if you want. Some of them gave me advice here and there when it seemed like I needed it, and it was helpful. Bathrooms are clean and always smell nice. It doesn't have everything but has enough stuff for a gas station.”
“I’ve been coming here for years. Make sure to order the breakfast burrito! It’s on the secret menu. The truckers table is also great if you know the password and handshake.”
“GREAT! our kids loved this place, he puts on a goofy hat for young children! Been a local for 20+ years, he's a staple in the local fairbanks scene. Very convenient place, always had the beer i wanted!”
“Sourdough Fuel does a great job of keeping our furnace running smoothly. Everything from scheduling to the servicing to any needed followups go well. We also get our fuel from them and all deliveries have gone well, too. Highly recommended!”
“Perfect for dumping and water. Free dump station and water
When we were there they were closed on weekends because of a lack of staff. But we really appreciated the free dump station and water”
“Very nice convenience store on Chena hot springs road. Very clean and organized. Basic groceries and toiletries. Convenient foods, sweets and junk foods. Cashier was nice, friendly. Nice seating area with microwave for customer use, very clean and neat. Prices are expected to be high but it is further out of town and prices are expected to be higher.”

“Went to get free air realized something was wrong. Went into the shop was greeted by ray instantly. He came out evaluated the problem it ended up being a quick fix. He did it within under a minute and I was on the road again. God bless this store! W Employee!”
“Here’s a polished version that still sounds warm and genuine:
I wanted to leave a review for Mr. Arthur King at the Chevron on Illinois. I was having issues with my tire after getting a screw in it, and he went out of his way to help me. He took the time to look up multiple tire shops, gave me realistic and honest advice about the best route to take, and treated me with genuine kindness throughout the whole situation.
What stood out most was how human and caring he was. He even let me know that if I couldn’t find help elsewhere, I could come back and he would see what he could do. In a stressful moment, he made me feel comforted, taken care of, and not alone trying to figure things out.
If anyone needs help with their vehicle, advice on warranties, or just wants to deal with someone trustworthy and kind, this is absolutely a great place to stop.”
“Best place for nearly everything on the west side.
It's probably because I haven't had sushi in a while, but I went there 2 times this week specifically to get their crunch roll. It's delish.”

“This is my number one stop for all my quick grab things, LOL :-) a little more spendy for everyday products but the customer service there is beyond compare and worth the convenience cost of a convenience store :-)”
“Friendly people, they help you feel at home, have a verity of offerings. An essential part of the neighborhood which is a wonderful place to live. Glad not everyone knows this fact. Best neighborhood to live in Fairbanks! Walk, bicycle, motorcycle, or auto every want/need is within 7 miles. You can experience the great wonders of Alaska but with all the conveniences. Including a University (to expand your interests and knowledge). Lived in the lower 48, Pacific to the Atlantic and in between.”

“Great customer service awsome gas station clean store . Clerk (Anthony)was very helpful real respectful awsome employee . Geist Rd location is my new neighborhood gas station.”
“Love this place. It's affordable and they usually come before the time they say they will. It's an easy process to order as well. Use it for both my properties I have here in Alaska.”
“Price is consistently better than most in town. Only thing I've noticed is the pump machine tap to pay seems to not work (for me) and the thing seems to always be out of receipt paper, for those that need a record .”
“Pumps are on 24/7! Saved us on our way home from the Artic Circle. Due to an illness, we had to turn around just before Coldfoot late in the evening and was not able to top off. Thank you!”

“This location does have a functioning air compressor. You have to go inside and grab the hose from the attendant. If you are looking for free air I would call and ask beforehand!”
“Back when we lived in Alaska, we'd often go to Badger Gas instead, but Hot Springs Gas we'd go from time to time. Hot Springs' prices are alright & so are the gas prices, but the Basken Robbins style ice cream next to the cash register is phenomenal & is hard to pass on. The workers are nice & never rude & have an inviting personality. Not bad.?”
“The employees are very nice they're polite. Explain everything and they deliver when you need it both sourdough fuel they're great on their deliveries and great on their fuel right on their prices too”
“We couldn't find free air anywhere around town and they had it! Answered the phone quickly and answered our questions. Gas is priced around the same as everyone else around town. Good selection of snacks and drinks.”

“Open 24hours and the staff are absolutely delightful and always willing to greet you with a smile. They tend to have what I need and the fact this station is probably one of just a few, if any, places open during the early AM; puts this Speedway up at the top of the list of places to get gas in fairbanks .”
“Employees are super nice and they’re sometimes the cheapest in town. Haven’t been lately tho I wonder what happened? It’s disappointing. I’d rather support a mom and pop then big corporations but my wallet comes first”
