Terry the delivery driver made our day as he was able to get to us within 24 hours from calling and we were able to easily communicate with him and share stories as he filled our tank! “I used North Pole Gravel for a recent landscaping project. I had multiple loads of fill, top soil, and gravel delivered.Overall I was very pleased with the service… however I did deduct a single star because the driver showed up with pit run for my first truck load, despite the fact I’d requested fill dirt.I ended up accepting the load, so as not to make things harder on the driver… but it didn’t start the day off too great.There were some other changes to the delivery - communicated both ahead and on the day of - that made things a little harder to navigate as well.Overall they have the products I needed, and their prices are competitive with other companies.They might need to polish their processes a bit, but I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.”
