“This company saved our butts! Moving here in the middle of the winter was rough and we were calling around to see what fuel companies were offering and Fuel Co was by far the best. Amanda who often answers the phone definitely made the experience easy with her friendless of customer service and answered questions to best of her knowledge. Terry the delivery driver made our day as he was able to get to us within 24 hours from calling and we were able to easily communicate with him and share stories as he filled our tank! Terry also gave a warm welcome to Alaska and gave us many helpful tips for living here. By the way, if your military, they do offer a discount which is a plus!”
“There is no water in our gas we weren't even open a year ago also the credit card lady I don't have a male that works on wed Thursday and Friday my guy that works would never do that you gave your card to a friend that you were angry at he use to work there so that's on you! Our store is honest ,clean, and good people run it and own it our food is great ,our gas is good and our prices are great come in and check it out !!! Dodie does have the lease anymore new management!!!!”
“I LOVE the employees there they are always awesome and fun everytime I come in! There cafe is great for breakfast or lunch. Set up nicely so you don't get lost in your train of thought and can just grab and go. Also is spacious enough to hang...after covid disappears lol love it love the atmosphere ❤”
“I used North Pole Gravel for a recent landscaping project. I had multiple loads of fill, top soil, and gravel delivered.Overall I was very pleased with the service… however I did deduct a single star because the driver showed up with pit run for my first truck load, despite the fact I’d requested fill dirt.I ended up accepting the load, so as not to make things harder on the driver… but it didn’t start the day off too great.There were some other changes to the delivery - communicated both ahead and on the day of - that made things a little harder to navigate as well.Overall they have the products I needed, and their prices are competitive with other companies.They might need to polish their processes a bit, but I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.”
“My husband left his wallet at the station. The owner was able to find a doctor's phone number in the wallet and call them to report the wallet missing. His doctor called him to let him know. My husband tried to offer the owner a reward, but he refused. Honest people still exist.”
