“Out of all the African stores I’ve been to, this one was the best. At other places, I am met with very standoffish and rude behaviour as somebody that is white. The woman that works here was immediately welcoming, kind, and helpful. She didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing things, she instead gave me great advice. Will most definitely be returning ❤️”

She also offered a cart when I was struggling and found a bunch of stuff I was looking for. Excellent service :)

“We stopped here on a road trip to Canmore from Edmonton. We don't have Co-op Supermarkets in Edmonton so it was a new, and relatively pleasant experience. We were able to get in, find what we needed for the road, and we're back in our way within 10 minutes.”

“I get the majority of my gas here when i need to fill up. I always come here to earn optimum points to earn on free groceries. It's never too busy there but if there's an abundance of people, you dont have to wait too long. Easy in and out when I want to come grab groceries at no frills and get gas afterward. If you want to get or exchange propane tanks, though, just go to no frills. It's a lot cheaper there for some reason.”

“A good place to get your car was, as I find Co-op’s Touch-less Car Wash as the best. Would appreciate it if it has a pay booth so that you don’t have to go inside the gas station to purchase a car wash ticket. A good recommendation, though it can get really busy at times.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. I have mobility issues, within minutes of getting out of my vehicle and walking towards the store, there is a staff member already there, holding the door open for me! Very much appreciated!
It’s also great to know that their gift cards have no expiration date! I was recently blessed with one for $100 that was purchased 4 years ago!”
