“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jobsite Workwear in Edmonton. I went in looking for new Timberland work boots and the service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a workwear store.
Olivia and Cindy took the time to actually help me find the right pair instead of just pointing me to a shelf. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure the boots fit properly since I’m on my feet all day on concrete. On top of that, they were the only place in Edmonton that actually had the boots I needed in stock, which saved me a ton of time and hassle.
To top it all off, they even gave me some cool stickers for my hard hat at the end, which was a really nice touch.

“Man one of the best staff that I have encountered, I ordered stuff from.online portal where I received a factory sent wrong item in first place , went to the store from whose portal I ordered , they said it is Banana Republic item so need to go there to refund it, moreover they gave me address of specifics location store whereas there is a store in South common as well.secondly wheni went store they told speciality store cannot refund factory item which is absolutely right as per policy but seeing my tassels & frustration...Chloe & Kennedy ????? were generous enough to talk to customer service for refund & guide whole process...that's was so amazing of them to understand customer service & also help ..They both deserve this appreciation & now my new shopping stop in Southgate is Banana Republic for sure ❤️”

“This is a wonderful store my wife and I realy like the products I have just recently purchased my first pair of cowboy boots and hat.
The hat was a little pricey as well as the boots but the staff was very friendly and helpful as I am not the most experienced shopper lol.
Great selection of boots and hots but we had to got to 2 locations to find a proper fit for both. The staff were able to check availability of the items at both locations.

“Amazing custmer service very helpful manager type lady helped me find 4 pairs of uniqe jeans that I loved and fit well also found a cute back pack purse for 30 dollars millano at mill woods sells the same purse for 89 dollars got mine here for 30 dollars kicking myself cause I found a purse I bought at millano for 59 dollars they have it here for 30 dollars so id suggest checking at dots for purses before going to millano in millwoods defently cheaper also wanted to note I paid 50 dollars for 4 pairs of jeans brand new most places for uniqe jeans like the ones I got you would be getting one pair for 60 _80 dollars this is the place to shop if you want excellent custmer service and to save a few bucks on brand new brand name clothing and purses theres also one in the west end around west mount area for those that dont live this far south”

“I was at Marks on Sunday, Nov 2 @ 5:00pm-5:40pm, the store was absolutely chaotic as they had a sale going on. HOWEVER, the staff were incredible! There were 2 male employees (footwear department) that really stood out and seriously need to be recognized! They kept their cool under stressful conditions, remained polite, and were able to help EVERY customer when asked. I had to ask for help a couple of times and never felt like I was dismissed or a bother - actually, during the chaos, one of the gentlemen actually came up to us and assisted us with work boots! While I wasn’t able to get any of their names I was able to note what they were wearing!
Employee 1: Black Nike crew neck, blue jeans, black shoes, black hair (mohawk style).
Employee 2: White t-shirt, black cargo pants, black shoes, curly black hair.
I hope Mark’s appreciates these employees as they were rockstars.”

“I would like to thank the 2 lovely salespeople who helped me saturday January 4 when I stumbled in quite unprepared for a shopping experience. Due to grief & some huge life challenges I’ve been shut down for literally years but am now pulling out of the darkness. Yay. I have no sense of style anymore even though I used to be on top of it all. And apparently I’ve also aged in the process, so that’s fun. They were helpful, hilarious, called me out when needed, supportive & made great suggestions as I rebuild my wardrobe for the future. I left with 2 wonderful pieces & will definitely be back on a regular basis. I didn’t get their names but they deserve a huge shout out for being so lovely with my sad little Self that day.
