“I want to give that store 5 stars. If there will be more than 5 will give more. 2 weeks ago I had an express shopping before my wedding. I completely forgot that lady name but if she wasn’t there I will never find my dress. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any white dresses left. And that lady recommended store and gave me the exact instructions where I could find it. Omg, she literally saved me. I really appreciate help even they didn’t have what I was looking. “Excellent shopping experience. I was very pleased to find Canadian made clothes as well as high end, fair trade lines of clothing. There were many different, well known, designer fashions. Items were displayed in a well thought out, logical, easy to access manner.
They had clothes suitable for many occasions, I was shopping for some office wear. The items I purchased will go from day to evening, easily.
The staff were very helpful and transparent in their evaluation of outfits as I tried them on, which I appreciate. They assisted in finding the right sizes and colours. They offered their opinions, but were not at all pushy or trying to upsell me, again, something I really appreciate. I felt that the staff really liked what they do, and really cared that customers were making great fashion choices.
The items I picked are going to be in my line up for years to come, as they are all well made and classic styling. I feel I got very good value for money because I was able to find things at "end of season" pricing.
The least expensive item was the one made in Canada, so it is possible to shop locally, and get good value and high quality here!
The size range is excellent, and even at "end of season" there were many options to choose from.
This store is well worth the visit!!”

“I have been shopping here regularly for the past two years and wanted to acknowledge how friendly, thoughtful and welcoming the staff are. They remember me when I walk in and give great advice when asked. The selection of clothing is always plentiful and I appreciate how clean and organized everything is. I am able to shop by colour and garment type and like the fact that I can choose from great quality pieces without buying new and the environmental impacts that choice creates. The consignment process is very well set out and clear and it’s nice to have a balance on my account when it’s time to pay. I was inspired to write this review after taking a customer service class and reflecting on businesses that embody great service. Keep up the great work!”

“Love this location!!! Always tons of selection, There are long lines for a reason! Normally when they have a big sale, they also have an early bird special (additional 10%) on top of that - so go EARLY! Absolutely love their stormwear line and sports bras. Purchased sports bras for myself and also my niece who is a competitive dancer. These are both of our favourites. Great support and breathable material. Staff are always friendly, greeting you each time you enter and exit”
“I always go to CK south common branch to shop, went there today to ask for job posting, met a girl and asked her to call a manager, she went and came back and said we are not hiring and gave me a coupon to apply online, I requested her to call a manager I can talk to, the manager told me the same thing which I appreciated. While I was leaving the store she made fun of me and said that she told me the same thing and doesn’t know what language I get. I turned back to say that it doesn’t hurt if I talked to a manager she started laughing at me . I left the store and called to ask her name the manager answered the call and put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and only thing I asked was her name he said Navjot. I don’t know if it’s the correct name or not, but so disappointed with how she treated me . FYI , not looking for my first job, already working in a well reputed business, was just searching for something part time”

“This store is amazing as well as the staff is knowledgeable on the product. Went in here because the other store told us this is the only store that have the size we needed for work boots. We know what we're looking for but we just couldn't find it on their shelves. It was only one person working at the floor that time and when we walked in she's helping other customer looking for a size, then she's also the cashier. Mind you there's probably few other shoppers including me and my husband and only one person running the front store. But despite of that, she still helped all customers in a friendly manner, answered our questions about the boots and still make sure we found what we are looking for. We'll be definitely go back in this location.”
