“Excellent shopping experience. I was very pleased to find Canadian made clothes as well as high end, fair trade lines of clothing. There were many different, well known, designer fashions. Items were displayed in a well thought out, logical, easy to access manner.They had clothes suitable for many occasions, I was shopping for some office wear. The items I purchased will go from day to evening, easily.The staff were very helpful and transparent in their evaluation of outfits as I tried them on, which I appreciate. They assisted in finding the right sizes and colours. They offered their opinions, but were not at all pushy or trying to upsell me, again, something I really appreciate. I felt that the staff really liked what they do, and really cared that customers were making great fashion choices.The items I picked are going to be in my line up for years to come, as they are all well made and classic styling. I feel I got very good value for money because I was able to find things at "end of season" pricing.The least expensive item was the one made in Canada, so it is possible to shop locally, and get good value and high quality here!The size range is excellent, and even at "end of season" there were many options to choose from.This store is well worth the visit!!”

“Today I was on a mission to find that formal outfit for several up coming Christmas events. I had hit a few other store prior to coming to Laura’s with no success. Things we not looking good. When we arrived at the store we were greeted and asked if we needed help right away from a sales consultant named “Iyla” we decline the help as we simple wanted to browse on our own. One we have a few items in hand she would whisk them away to the change room. In the change room she check in periodically and help find better sizes in garments. She was polite friendly and not at all pushy. She brought several suggestions when asked for a black pant or a skirt to compliment a top. But never pushy. The first piece ended up trumping all other and even though my goal was to find one item, I ended up going home with several pieces. Iyla was very professional, well dressed and polite. She knew how to read her client.So so happy!!!”

“Came in to old navy looking for some polos and cargo pants, and had a young gentlemen come up to me. I think his name was Gurjot normally I don’t remember names but he helped me in everyone possible. He showed me all the polos and cargo pants they had. Made sure I knew where the fitting room was. Also always had a smile on his face. He also signed me up for the loyalty program they had. Which helped me earn points. He helped me in every way he could. Veena B, it's easy to see that you're definitely passionate about your job and the company you represent, which is something rarely ever seen by the customers anymore. Thank you so much and from my family to yours ma'am, Merry Christmas !!To the Reitmans brass, it's been many years since I've encountered this kind of customer service where I actually felt like a customer and not as if I were an inconvenience, as is the attitude shown with the vast majority of workers in this type of industry.
