Another thing about Sobeys they have a community board.

“Excellent service. Staff go above and beyond to assist customers. Second last visit one female staff ( forgot her name), prepared my order over the phone, searched for a recent deleted item for me to confirm it was deleted, and stayed open an extra 2 min. so I could pick up my order. She also allowed me to add a couple extra items to my order. Absolutely wonderful, caring service, thank you again!”

“Very fresh made salads and desserts. They also have a really great deli as well to grab what ever want with a great variety. Ready made sandwiches as well as hot food to choose from to. Also they have fresh vegetables and fruits to choose from to a little bit of everything. Really like a classy clean convient store but with a higher end selection to get quality foods, produce and products.”

“My wife and I were are your store on March 7 2026. We were there to pick up vegetable, cheese ,meat trays . Along with plates ,cutlery and and a cake the our son had ordered. The choices and quality of the products was top notch. The cake that was pre-ordered was for my son's and daughter inlaw baby reveal The cake was better than perfect. The store layout and appearances are amazing. Our Trans number 756 and the cashier whom we went to was Cindy. Cindy was extremely pleasant and professional. Such a welcoming personality. What a great way in completing our shopping to have outstanding customer serve with so much warm pleasantries. Thank so much Cindy regards Rick Abrams and Deborah Bonville for Calgary. “I had a great experience shopping at IGA. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of fresh groceries and everyday essentials. The aisles were easy to navigate, and products were clearly displayed, making the shopping experience quick and convenient.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. They were welcoming, answered questions, and made sure customers had a positive experience. The checkout process was smooth and efficient as well.
I was impressed with the quality and freshness of the products, especially the produce and grocery selections. The store has a nice community feel and provides everything needed for regular shopping.
