After 2 hrs and 50 minutes with two different Samsung troubleshooters, I called Bestech. (Which I admit both Samsung reps suggested
As my closest service centre). The fellow I spoke with (Tanvir) solved my sound issue in less than 12 minutes and a lot of that time was me chatting! I highly recommend them👍👍
