“TD insurance initially sent me to other place to repair my vehicle. However I find Procolor is having the excellent review in Google, then I contact TD Insurance to switch to ProColor to do the body repair, Oh man, they did a great job for my grand Highlander, from beginning to the end. They did the great job in 4 days, that is amazing, and they wash my floor matt as well. I think they deserve 10 stars.”

“Very quick and easy to get an estimate, I did a walk in and had a quote within 20 minutes. I went through insurance for a collision claim, they handled everything directly with my insurance company. Their communication updates on my car while they were working on it for 2 weeks was great. They handled the rental vehicle and even drove it back to enterprise for me when I picked up my car. The work on my car looks great! The colour match is perfect.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. I needed a replacement part for my crossover. He sourced the part, painted it in advance, and installed everything for a very reasonable price. The part fits properly, the paint match looks great, and the installation was careful and clean.
When the part was removed, we noticed rust beginning on the reinforcement bar underneath. He took the extra time to wire-brush it, blow away the rust and debris, clean the surface, and apply a rust-preventive coating before installing the new cover.
The dealership had quoted me close to $4500 nearly one-quarter of the vehicle’s value. Here, I had the part sourced, painted and installed for just over 1k.
My experience is a good reminder to compare dealership estimates with reputable local businesses before approving an expensive repair. A polished dealership environment does not automatically mean better workmanship or better value. Support honest local automotive professionals first.

“I was involved in a minor accident with my wifes' vehicle. After some frustrating searching for a body shop that quote frankly was starting to annoy me, I was lucky enough to locate Auto Complete via Facebook. They had excellent ratings/reviews on line, so I called up and spoke to Donna in reception and booked the appointment for an estimate. It was even better that they are located 4 minutes away from my work.
When I arrived for the appointment, I was a little surprised. It was a small shop in the back bay of the main building. I try not to judge anything by mere appearance, and this was the business with a high on-line rating. I parked and went in, and I was greeted by Donna. The one thing that I noticed was when I arrived was that all the employees I saw were smiling and happy. That to me is the signs of a well-run business. Donna was able to get Enver out right away to perform the visual on the damage - A TRUE APPOINTMENT!! I could immediately tell Enver knew his stuff. He was able to explain everything to me, and I was on my way. I received the estimate in short order. The way I was treated left me with a feeling that my business, no matter how small, was important to them.
The repair was finished, and they did an absolutely awesome job!
