“TD insurance initially sent me to other place to repair my vehicle. However I find Procolor is having the excellent review in Google, then I contact TD Insurance to switch to ProColor to do the body repair, Oh man, they did a great job for my grand Highlander, from beginning to the end. They did the great job in 4 days, that is amazing, and they wash my floor matt as well. I think they deserve 10 stars.”

“We purchased our RX 350 Sport in May 2025 and intentionally waited almost a year before writing this review so we could honestly evaluate both the car and the service after real-life use.
We absolutely love this car, and the service has been outstanding. We also own a Mercedes-Benz and an Infiniti, and the RX 350 is hands-down better than both in terms of comfort, luxury, and overall experience.
Our sales advisor, Himanshu, was amazing to work with. He knows the vehicle extremely well, is honest, not pushy at all, and immediately understood our needs. Most importantly, he didn’t waste our time — we didn’t have to spend an entire day at the dealership like we have at other places.
The service department has been just as impressive. Fe and Sintija are awesome and always incredibly helpful. Every visit has been a great experience. This location is significantly better than the Lexus NW location, from customer service to overall experience.
Compared to the Mercedes dealership, Lexus is on another level — more luxurious, more welcoming, and more thoughtful. You’re treated to a full bistro experience (the macchiato and pastries by Erika are the best!), and you can even get your nails done by Mila, who offers a full Russian manicure. It truly feels like a luxury experience from start to finish.

Riley and Luke are top notch mechanics diagnosing problem solving and fixing… usually with a few upgrades. None of them are trying to screw you over. They think out of the box knowing some aftermarket parts are a better option than the factory ones. Job finished same price that Tat quoted me. I towed a dead truck in on a trailer. The guys helped me get it off and into the yard. We’ve been dealing with Alpha with Ram and Gm one tonnes for our fleet for the past 5 years. Just added a Ford and WHEN it breaks it’ll be going to Alpha Diesel too. The 2020 Ram they’ve improved for me is far more reliable at 440000km than it was brand new off the lot”

“dealt with trevor here and had custom wheels made specifically for my bmw. trevor did an awesome job knowing what would fit perfectly for my car! the tire size and look was spot on! the wheel sensors bought through them coded exactly to my car as wheel as the car rode and handled just like my stock wheels. i highly recommend this establishment for getting custom parts and wheels from and the price point for the special request is on par and you get what you pay for! very happy with trevor's knowledge and expertise.”
“Bought a set of FRPP Hot Rod cams for my Mustang and Joel has been very helpful and patient throughout the process of me purchasing them. The team at Western Motorsports are very knowledgeable and passionate about their 'stangs. Shipping did take a bit of time although in my case the cams had to come from the USA.

The quote was reasonable and the final cost did not exceed it. The quality of the work was great, and Loc sent me regular status updates with photos of the progress. It’s exceptional. He hooked me up with the drone mobile system, and it came with a 3 year subscription, and he also programmed my fob keys to start my car if my phone was out of reach.
Honestly my tire guy sent me to Joe about 10 years ago, and I think I’ve recommended him to about 12 different people, in my friends & family circle. He’s done at least 2 vehicles of mine personally. Joe is the best in the business his crew is quality focused. Nothing but praise for this company!!”
