“Amazing service! We bought a used vehicle that had a new windshield installed somewhere before we bought it. On a recent road trip the rubber trim around it came loose, so I took it to CalAlta to have it fixed. Within half an hour it was properly repaired and they didn't charge a thing!! Definitely our first choice going forward, and highly recommend them!”
“I took my vehicle here for a new windshield for the first time and found they were very helpful in finding me a windshield I specifically wanted. When I arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful upon dropping off my vehicle and had my vehicle done faster than expected. I'm giving this place 4 stars for now BUT will update after the first rain or car wash to make sure there are no leaks or any other issues since the windshield was just replaced, otherwise great job team and great service.”

“Had the pleasure of working from the waiting area for the past 5.5 hours while waiting for my windshield to be replaced, which surprisingly had a desk for me to use which was greatly appreciated.
I was expecting a much quicker service for my fleet work vehicle, given the name of the business. However, they did not receive prior authorization which lead to the delay. The woman who booked my appointment did not collect enough information for the staff to obtain the authorization.
Time estimates/updates throughout my wait would have been nice too, rather than just towards completion, which still took 45 mins after the initial update.

“The smaller windows in our house are primarily hand crank. We ran into one issue with a bedroom window operator (crank) that wouldn't close the window all the way. We have used Crystal Glass in the past for a similar issue. The tech came to the house to see if the existing operator could be repaired. It could not,so he set out to chase one down. After installing the new operator, it was determined that one of the latches was also broken; so no locking the window tight. Hats off to the tech for heading back out to find us a new latch. The window repair proved to be an iterative challenge, but the tech persisted. I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Glass for exemplary customer service & a high quality job by the tech.”
