The sales rep was super knowledgable and helpful. I was in and out of the store within an hour with fantastic discounts on a bedroom set, delivery & take away in hand.
The delivery fellows did a great job. Clean, fast, respectful, careful. I gave them 5 stars even though they went past the delivery window by a couple of hours. The tracking app was very helpful so I wasn't worried. I knew they were busy helping other customers and that they were on their way.
They took away the old mattress and set up new one. Unpacked the dresser and took packaging away. Very helpful and professional.

“I recently purchased the Berkeley Ergonomics DUBLIN TwinXL Hybrid Mattress and two FORMESSE Bella Donna Fitted Sheets from The Mattress & Sleep Company in Calgary. I had some years earlier also purchased the matching Berkeley Ergonomics Suspension Foundation for my TwinXL platform bed. All products are superb and the mattress is the very last that I ever need to buy. Its European built and design is modular and it has a zipper which lets me add, remove or replace layers inside the mattress as needed. I have been sleeping on it now for the first week and it is simply delightful. The service provided by Ebonnie at the Calgary store was exemplary. Ebonnie upgraded my mattress with an additional high quality wool blanket without a surcharge! The online prices were exactly as charged and included delivery to Lethbridge. The entire buying experience was totally relaxed, consultative and non-pressure and was conducted by telephone and email. Ebonnie kept me updated on the delivery schedule since the mattress had to be ordered from their supplier in California. It took about 5 to 6 weeks to get it. Since I personally have been to the Calgary store on two occasions some years ago, I can heartily recommend that store and all its staff as very competent and professional!

“The visit didn’t start out great. There was lots of staff but it didn’t seem like anyone wanted to help me. Then Tim walked up ( he was previously helping a customer) and asked if there was anything he could help me with. It turns out he knew what I was looking at and I walked out of the store extremely happy with my purchase. He even offered to help me out to the truck with my new Napoleon portable BBQ. “Matthew, One of the employees was extremely helpful and I went with his recommendation for charcoal after being very disappointed with Weber charcoal and all the changes they’ve made for their benefits of course, mentioned to Matthew how disappointed in Weber I was and he recommended cowboy charcoal, he apologized for Weber and offered me a bag of cowboy, when I bought one. Better charcoal than the original Weber. Thanks Matthew great appreciated.”

Beate, the owner, came out to our house, offered excellent design suggestions for our space, and then produced a detailed, scaled drawing for us to review.
Nik and Raul, the installers, were very pleasant and professional. Their exceptional skills and attention to detail are evident in the completed project.
